This particular Taco Bell has a problem with calling in their doordash orders. For some reason the orders are never ready. The other night I was in there. And there was five doordashers sitting in there for 20 minutes plus waiting on their order. They decided they were going to go ahead and do drive-thru first. Now, as far as I'm concerned as a doordasher, this seems like you guys are violating your contract with doordash. And you guys need to learn how to operate the system a little bit better. Make sure the food's up before you call out the order. And do not serve doordashers last that is repugnant. In fact, if you could my name, please don't take any more orders from me. I would ask of you. Your little conveyor belt Taco building operation runs too slow. You got eight people back there and you're making two tacos every 2 minutes. That's not good. It might make you feel good to sound like chef Ramsay but you're not. You're making tacos and there's too many of you guys for their only to be a minimal amount of tacos being made. All it was was a bunch of women moving slow. Feeling good about themselves. I say if it's moving that slow you need to hire more men and you definitely need a male manager because he wouldn't deal with that amount of slowness. Morton Taco Bell does it fine by the time you show up? The order is going to be there within the next 3 minutes. East Peoria it seems like there's no discipline down in that store. Maybe the managers don't want anybody to feel bad but that's not...
Read moreMy husband stopped here last night and was disrespected and turned away. During the pandemic you are not allowed to go into taco bell. I understand that. However, my husband was pulling a trailer that wouldn't fit through the drive-thru so he walked up to the speaker to make his order. They didn't know he was standing there, so he walked up to the window after waiting for the cars in front of him to finish. After about 5 minutes of standing there, he made it to the window to pay. He explained that he couldn't make it through the drive-thru because of the trailer, and he couldn't come inside so he wanted to place an order. They turned him away and told him he needed to be able to buy a car first before he couldn't buy a meal. He came home very upset because of the way he was treated. He doesn't usually get that angry.
During this pandemic it has been encouraged for places of business that can only serve through a drive-thru to acknowledge that there are not other options for those who drive trucks, or work outside hauling trailers and such. He hasn't had a problem anywhere else he has gone. They served him and even thanked him for all that he does. This particular restaurant has staff that are uncaring and very rude. I hope that the store reaches out to me to make amends because we as a family have gone to this place on many occasions, but given the poor customer service we think we will take our...
Read moreI would usually give this Taco Bell in particular in East Peoria Illinois 10 sorry if I could. Unfortunately the girl that took my order was rude and cut me off and had a bad attitude. Other than that the other employees were very courteous and my order was right and the food was delicious as always. Unfortunately when the person that is the person supposed to greet you is talking like they don't want to be their sounds like they are miserable with their job it kind of put you in that mood and going out to eat or going through a drive-thru I feel being in the public relations my basically in my entire life you should always no matter what you're going through or if you do hate your job at least take it for the customer I mean you're on a loud speaker and you were rude interrupting rushing and I knew exactly who you were without even looking basically just by the way you were standing there and the look on your face when we pulled up to the window you don't want the Publics first reaction to be wow this girl sounds like she hates her job I don't want to feel like I'm bugging someone when I'm paying to eat at a place that you apply to work. My suggestion would be for Taco Bell East Peoria to take the girl off of the window and speaker and put her somewhere where she does not deal with the public or the public can see her her vibe and everything throws everything went off and you can...
