Providence Vintage Jewelry — Local services in East Providence

This was my first time ordering from this company, and I ordered from the 5 for $150 sale, following all of the instructions for providing preferences in the "order special instructions" box (which doesn't show up on any of the purchase receipts or at checkout). I requested white gold, dainty rings with essentially any color other than black stone(s)...there were other requests but these are the most important ones. I know the company can only honor so much considering only a portion of their inventory is a part of the sale, but out of the 5 rings sent, only 1 even came close to what I asked for (the 2 toned ring with a purple stone). 3/5 of them are yellow gold, 5/5 of them are statement rings, and I have small hands so they all look odd on my hands. Unfortunately I'm going to have to return all of them.

Otherwise, the rings look and feel like they are quality made, and I would buy from this...

I was quite disappointed in my ring. It was advertised as a Star Sapphire, but it is clearly an acrylic fake. It's still cool looking, but it is certainly and obviously not what it was posted as.

The retailer has taken the time to respond to my review, but did not actually acknowledge the issue... The ring was listed as "star sapphire " and is a piece of painted acrylic. The fact they have multiple types of things on their site does not address that they listed it as a star sapphire. This has actually caused me to drop my review from 2 to 1 Star. Had they simply said "we mislisted it" the review would have improved. If you cannot acknowledge an issue, I have no reason to shop...

I have purchased 5 rings in total from Providence Vintage Jewellery and each one is more stunning than pictured on their website. They are so striking in the real, I love admiring them on my fingers and I receive many compliments. The quality is much higher than most costume jewellery and it’s hard to find the same beautiful unique pieces for the same great price. I get such a special surprise every time I open their packaging to see my new purchase. Eva offers great customer service as well. It’s unfortunate I live so far away making postage expensive, otherwise I would purchase...
