I have been trying since last year to restart my home delivery. They finally send me an email which I didn't see because I was actually away on a cruise and didn't return home until 10/05/2021. I received a voice mail and returned the call. I was told the person had left for that day and would return my call. I finally did speak to someone and was told to prepare my order and to call back by the beginning of the following week with the order and payment. I tried calling back and was told that the person left for the day and would return my call. I waited about 2 weeks and nothing. I called back again and again was told that someone would contact me because the customer service person leaves at 4pm. Again nothing. I sent an email and to no avail no response back from the email. I call again and speak to a gentleman who tells me yet again there is no one there to help me and that he will have someone return my call. So, before we hang up I explain to him how long this has been going on for and he informs me that the original person who started my process has been out of the office and that now my delivery spot has been passed to someone else and I would have to wait until after January for delivery!!! He has someone finally return my call and I a told yet again that it was my fault because I did not return a phone call. I called numerous times, spoke to different people along the way, sent an email which I got no response to and I am told that it is my fault. Meanwhile during the conversation she also states that they person who I was working with is out for like the 3rd time. This has been a very frustrating experience and terrible customer service.

   Read moreWeâve been with Monroe for several years, and we absolutely loved it until a few months ago when our delivery driver changed. Our orders were coming wrong, ice wasnât being left in the summer so everything was spoiling, and just this week, the driver left the milk out in frigid temperatures rather than put it in the insulated container we bought from them for that specific purpose, causing everything to freeze and shatter. When I tried to cancel service, I was told that I had to speak to a manager but would have to wait until Sunday to do so, which was fine. However when we got the call on Sunday from Maria, she was very confrontational and was determined to find out how this issue was our fault instead of the drivers, to the point where she even called the driver to find out what we had done to force him to leave the milk outside. When the driver didnât give her any answers and she couldnât find a reason to blame us, she finally asked what we wanted to do to rectify the situation.
Long story short - service is dependent entirely on the driver. We had great drivers for years with zero issues, but, even after having 4-5 issues with the new one, service only continued to get worse. And if you have to speak to a manager, be prepared to be told that any issues are your fault, not the drivers.
Edit: After being assured that the driver would come and pick up all the bottles this morning, he drove by about an hour ago and didnât stop. Weâve now had broken milk bottles on our steps for a week. Thanks Munroe! You guys sure know what customer...
   Read moreIf there was a higher rating they would have received it! They were so welcoming and helpful. When looking at the granola they offered me a sample and they even told me about the 1&2lb bags they offered which I ended up grabbing a one pound because their granola is amazingggg. They grabbed products out of my hands so I could shop hands free and with the baby it was so nice to have to juggle everything. When I asked about the ice cream sandwiches they told me about how they make the chocolate chip cookie and when I wanted one they didnât have any more of in the display they made me one right on the spot! They even offered to help me bring it out to my car which I should have taken them up on because we had a mishap on the ramp and the milk bottles broke. When I went to the ice cream window to let them know what occurred they came right out with replacement bottles and paper towels. I am so beyond grateful thank you thank you thank you!!! When replaced my other bag since it got wet and rinsed off the steak tips (which are amazing). This time when they offered to help bring it out to the car I said yes.
