I was here Saturday night with my friend, and we placed an order ahead of time. The website said it would take 45 minutes, which seemed crazy, but we really wanted to try it, so we decided to wait it out. We even showed up a little early, just in case.
The 45-minute mark came and went, and we were still waiting, along with many other people who were also getting restless. We overheard some saying they had been waiting over an hour and a half, which was frustrating, but at that point, we were committed.
At about an hour and 20 minutes, someone who had walked in and ordered after us got called up. That’s when I finally asked the guy calling out orders if he could check on ours. He looked annoyed and said, “This isn’t fast food, you wait what you wait.”
Pause. Who says that? Especially after we had already been waiting OVER AN HOUR for wings and fries?
I asked if he could at least check where our order was in the queue, and after some reluctance (and more attitude), he looked. He came back and just said he didn’t see it. No follow-up. No offer to figure it out. Just shrug.
So my friend pulled out the receipt and asked him to actually look into it. He finally checked the system, and guess what? Our order was there the whole time. Clearly, some kind of glitch happened, which I get—things happen. But the complete lack of customer service, apology, or any attempt to fix the situation? That’s what made this experience so horrible.
At that point, we just asked for a refund. They offered to make the food then, but honestly, after the way we were treated, we didn’t even want it anymore. Maybe if the service had been better, we would have stuck it out.
Worst experience ever. The wait times were already bad, but the attitude and lack of care made it even worse. Everyone around us was frustrated, too. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it, atleast until they get...
Read moreWe placed a mobile order and were shocked to see a 40+ minute wait time, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt since it was a busy Saturday night and the place is new. When we arrived, we noticed multiple customers frustrated because they had been waiting well over their promised time. Meanwhile, people who ordered after us were getting their food first.
We asked the staff to check our order, and at first, they refused. After pushing, the guy finally agreed but first asked if we got a confirmation—so I showed it to him. Then he questioned if we had the right location—seriously? After finally checking, he saw our order was there but had never been printed. No apology—just an immediate offer for a refund or to make the food right away. At that point, absolutely not—we took the refund and left. Still no apology from anyone.
To make things worse, we saw them call another customer’s name, but instead of notifying him, they denied it when he came back to check. We had to step in and let him know, and sure enough, his food was just sitting there.
This place needs serious improvement—waiting over two hours for wings is unacceptable, and failing to print a paid order is...
Read moreI usually never have issues with Wingstop, but this location needs to get their workers in check. Me and my coworkers where at work so I had made a mobile order, picked it up, and one of our meals where missing. So my coworker called (whose meal was missing) and asked to have the meal delivered as we were not aloud to leave. We spoke to a nice manager and she said okay and she would connect us to DoorDash. Now, almost an hour later my coworker calls again and Shay, picks up and tells her that she had called my number and that she told me they couldn’t get a driver and that we would refund the order, not only did she lie about that (she never called) but she also said that I picked up and confirmed that was okay!?!?! I honeslty couldn’t believe that she told my coworker that I spoke to her, WHILE I WAS RIGHT THERE!! I said I never spoke to her and that I even had no history of her calling and she caught an attitude. Never going to this...
