I Was going on a road trip South and I needed to get some sensor lights figured out if it was sensor faulting or if needed repair work . My stable track light was on as well as a message to service my stable track was showing up and my ABS sensor light was on as well and was told by another place the ABS sensor needed replaced . I wanted to get my wheel bearing on my driver side replaced as I had gotten passenger side done over a year ago but the truck was sitting for some time before I was able to get a new engine put in it . However Marc found that my passenger side needed replaced as well and he also found that my Cvc axels needed replaced and the boots as they where leaking and the boots where torn . I was very happy with how quick he was able to find what all was wrong and needed to be fixed and replaced. He called me before fixing to make sure I knew what needed to be done and make sure I was able to proceed in replacing both front wheel bearings, both Cvc axels and boots and in doing this my stable track sensor light went off and so did the message about servicing the stable track as well as my ABS sensor also went off after the issues where repaired .Marc gave me the best pricing in town. Infact I was shocked at how good of a deal he gave me compared to other prices I was quoted from others . I setup Daughters 2014 Kia to have Calipers installed per owners evaluation, they told me to bring the car in Thursday morning first thing and that they would take care of me, I took the car in at 9 o’clock and did not hear back from them all day so I called to find out how it was going and the Lady told me that the car was in the garage being worked on that they would call me as soon as they were done, they never called me and they close at 5:30 I went up there at 5:35 I needed to get my grandson’s car seat out of the vehicle because apparently they were going to have it an extra day and the car was sitting outside, I called him Friday morning at 8 o’clock that’s when they open he told me there was a problem that they shipped the wrong calipers, (why did the lady not tell me this on the phone, my daughter was leaving to go on vacation and it doesn’t take two days to put on calipers I went got the car seat out of the car and like I said I called them at 8 o’clock and he says they were working on it come to find out instead of $360 that they quoted me he told me that the car was ready and then I owed $485, Please don’t lie to you customers to cover up and then work on a vehicle before asking and charged them well over 100$ more than the quote, Please be up Front...

My truck was dead in the water Thursday morning, and I had it towed to Auto Tech of East Tawas. It got there around 11am, and I was told it was going to be next in line around 2pm. At 4:30pm, I had asked for an update and it wasn't touched yet. Unfortunately, I had to book another night at a hotel; which is understandable as it could have been a larger problem. The next morning, around 10am, with no updates yet from the shop, I called up and was told that it may be a transmission issue. After walking to the shop, I was told that they tried to drive it, but it didn't move. Which is why I had it towed in the first place. They didn't scan or actually bring it in to properly diagnose the issue.

They then decided to close early on Friday due to illness, but I feel if I didn't call and get an update, my keys would've been held in the shop over the weekend.

We may have caught them on a bad week, but the communication was the main issue. They repeatedly assured me that they could get my truck in same day. Instead of staying another night, I could have figured something else out instead of being strung along until the weekend, when they'd be closed.
