Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in East Tawas

WAS excellent CHEESY bread Showed up yesterday for a rare treat for a large family Second time in 5 trips We received horrible horrible Pizzas and Italian cheesy bread. All 3 pizzas had no cheese all the way to the outer edge 3 inches. 2 cheesy breads the same. Looked like all 5 orders were set on or stepped on. My 18-year-old son bought it for the family as a treat and I feel horrible for him Took photos Not going to put them up until I hear from corporate There was absolutely no reason for any of this food to walk out the door. The gentleman that handed me the pizza and bread should have never allowed that to leave the back area. They should be ashamed and embarrassed. Second time in 5 trips Last time I was basically mocked For being cheap because I wanted my food replaced. Wasn't about to be embarrassed again. No exaggeration here These pizzas were a joke To the point I thought it was done on purpose. 3 Large teenage boys And the rest of the kids and my wife and I Only ate 1 and a half pizzas and a quarter of cheesy bread We picked through the best of it Still can't believe that someone would let that walk out the door and hand that to a customer When he handed me the pizza it was one of those gut feelings now that I have hindsight that something was wrong With food prices and a large family it was a very rare treat And I'm sickened that they handed me that SLOP Sometimes you can get it wrong but this was far worse than that far worse 3 Big Strong Hungry teenage boys didn't eat it ...

Why haven't I had a Hot & Ready pizza in over six months? Why do I hear every single time that it's going to be at least a half hour to an hour, for something that should be ready, sitting in the incubator, and oh..... I don't know.... Hot & Ready???? I'm super sorry that those employees are working or whatever, but I just got out I don't want to use my oven to heat up my house anymore than I have to. It's not like you deliver and are short an employee from time to time. Seriously, is the name of the company changing to, Little Caesars..... The home that used to be the home of the Hot & Ready? You have no idea how difficult it was to get through this whole thing, without swearing and cussing!!!

And while I'm on the subject I used to work for Little Caesars! And I know for a fact that it only takes about 9 minutes for a pizza to travel through that little oven. Now, add the time to prep it for the oven. We're literally talking about the Hot & Ready to be done in 15...

Even tho these guys where throwing pies constantly they still were able to be nice and make sure we got what we wanted... The guy who was working expoditing with the red pony tail made sure to greet and send off customers as well as anyone could.. smashed the pizza before I even made it into oscoda. Thanks my dudes. You prevented hangry me.. also the guy throwing the pies in the back was who I delt with first and he also was awesome. The little skinny kid who was there also just kinda existed. Pretty sure he's new at the game.. also I read most of the other reviews and all I can say is these people giving one star must have never worked in the food industry. And if they did I'm pretty sure no one missed them. If anything I'm pretty sure these one star people are had a party thrown from them.. the day after they left there last food service job.. and they weren't invited. Cause everyone was sick of them and there overly radiant negative attitudes.. keep on throwing...
