Holy smokes tobacco & Cigar — Local services in East Tawas

my husband went in and bought a 14$ cigar to smoke by the camp fire and just between the 2 hours of eating dinner and making a campfire he went to go get his cigar and it was all in piece . called them they said they check that humidor daily no exchange no refund you buy them as is . they want me to call kristi on monday but there is nothing going to be done by them .I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BEWARE... no wonder the only a three.7 review poor customer service . BUYER BEWARE wow so i just spoke to the owner steve. after he called me a karen this how professional the owner is . i also read the reviews on how this one person spent thousands of dollars there through out the years .got a bad product ask if there was anything they could do and it was a big fat No i brought that up to him and he said that guys is a big fat Liar. he acts like the whole world is out to get him . he said he didnt know what i did to the cigar after we left the store . if his employee was will to look at it i was more then will to bring it back to the store and i told the employee that and he assured me nothing was going to be done all we wanted was an exchange but keep our money you need it more then us at the rate your going you wont be in...

Very nice store. Big upgrade from their previous small location. They have a lot of RYO tobacco and tubes, a decent selection of disposable and refillable vape devices, build your own refillable vape devices and accessories and a really nice collection of pipes, bongs, and other accessories for marijuana smoking. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My only wish is that they carry more vaping products, like some of the popular vape cartridges or devices such as NJOY or Vuse and they don’t sell cigarette packs. It would be more convenient if they sold cigarette packs as well, but I’m sure you need an expensive license for that. With all the room they have it would be great if the city allowed them to have a marijuana license as well. They already have a great name for one. A dispensary inside and pack tobacco license would make it a great, one-of-a-kind, one-stop shop for all your...

Never had a bad experience. Staff is great. Prices are decent. Love the new space. Been a customer for years!! Laughing at the idiots mad about the cigars. Firstly it's obviously an isolated incident, secondly you can't legally take tobacco products back. Checked the ladies profile, damn does Karen, I mean Krissy have some things to whine about.
