A MUST stop when in the area....it's even road trip destination worthy! From the moment you walk into the Yesteryear Foyer, and breathe in the delectable bakery aromas..one is transported to your Omas , Nonna'a, or grandma's kitchen!

The atmosphere is eclectic and inviting!

The croissant cinnamon roll was the best we've ever had!

The "made to order" hot chocolate with chocolate ganache to your sweetness specifications is heavenly!

They have breads, cookies, tuna salad, rueben salad, and green salads

They also have a wide selection of gluten free items.

I can not say enough good about this bakery! Heather and staff are truly artists! We are from out of town but we had our wedding in Tawas to be close to my parents. Heather does a limited number of events per year. We feel blessed and thankful she made the desserts (tarts for a summer wedding). Best tarts I have ever eaten HANDS DOWN! Probably the best desserts as well. She thought of everything; color, texture, flavor. And she is very reasonably priced! We will come see her every time we come to town. What a gem of a bakery! It's so much fun to walk in and find a surprise each time. While there are some items available at each visit, there are some rotating offerings. Flaky croissants (both sweet and savory) are a staple as are the triple chocolate goodies. Just had the herb bread for the first time and couldn't quit havng "just one more slice". The hazelnut torte that I ordered for Thanksgiving last year was scrumptious! So worth the trip to the south end...
