My wife came in there to size a watch they did a great job and my wife even purchased a gift for our daughter in law. The next day she went back in to ask a question about the watch as she did not know how to set the time and the day and date functions. They kicked her out of the store and told her not to come back again. The watch was a high end replica of a Rolex day date and she never claimed it to be real or wish to sell it just wanted it sized and set because she got it as a gift to match her other jewelry. Instead of letting her know they knew it was a replica and helping her they treated her like a criminal and kicked her out. They came highly recommended and instead of being helpful and using there knowledge to inform and help a customer they thought is better to embarrass her like it was stolen. My wife knew it was a replica just like a piece of costume jewelry she wore it because it looked nice and was pretty. I don't know about there other business practices but I to am a local business owner in the area and I would never treat a customer this way. My reputation is built on my ability to work with my customers and be open, informative and help educate a client when there may not know the circumstances or reason why if we can not be of service. Great products and great prices does not matter when you treat a current or potential client in such a degrading manner. Very upset and hurt for my wife's experience.
Update: Owners wife called me and publicly apologized for the issue and offered to repair the watch at no charge. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and I've them the opertunity to make it right. They held the watch for 3 days and I get a text saying it was ready for pick up. Called to confirm the pick up ad they said they will not fix it. I was told the watch tech would not do it. Why take the watch in then. I assumed they thought I would remove this review before the service was complete. I would have removed the review and better write a good review had I seen an effort to help. All I got was, It's a cheap replica I would get you money back response when I went to retrieve the watch. They didn't even try they just held the watch until I came to get it. I understood that the watch was a replica and was probably much simpler then the real thing so why wouldn't you just fix it and regain the trust and loyalty of the customer. Very...
