This place is beyond terrible! From the minute we walked in I should've known it would be a bad experience. One of the hosts was outside smoking a cigarette when we arrived & shortly after came in to seat us and without washing her nasty hands, grabs our silverware & thekids menu & crayons for our kid. I'm sorry, but that is just disgusting! Especially when you're dragging that smell with you and then holding something a kid is about to use. Since there were no booths available, we were then told we'd have to wait about 10mins. !0mins came & went and we were still sitting there with no one giving us a word or update on when we'd be seated. So being 7mos pregnant, I could no longer wait for a booth because I was hungry. So we finally got seated with nothing but menus & my toddlers kids menu with crayons. About 10mins had gone by and we still had NO ONE come to our table to take any of our order or yet alone introduce themselves as our server. About 5 more mins later, someone finally came, her name was Carrie. I had to ask her if an item was substitutable for my tot since she has food allergies & also gave her our full order. She was then going to check if it could be done and get back to us. I also had a question about one of their teas that she would check for me. Well, that took about another 5-7mins! She finally returns & still didn't have a definite answer so we went ahead and just ordered fries. She did bring my husbands soda & explained how the tea worked so I just ordered a Wild Berry Lemonade (it's a slush) instead. A few mins go by as usual & she returns with something that does not look like my lemonade but looks like tea. I taste it & what is it, the tea I did not order so when she came back around, I told her that's not what I ordered, that was NOT a wild berry lemonade & she apologized and went to go get me my new drink. Our apps shortly arrived after & we still had no silverware or plates for them so the nice gentleman that brought out the app went ahead and got us the supplies needed to eat with. Few mins later, my new drink comes out. I was excited since I was super thirsty & what happens next, I take a nice chug & it's an alcoholic beverage!!!!!! Why would they serve me liquor while pregnant!? Who knows!!! But at that point I was beyond furious so I got up to look for our waitress and when I found her I told her! She apologized & said that it was a sangria but then told me that is what I ordered & I then corrected her and said NO it is not. I ordered a wild berry lemonade. She then tried to tell me that they didn't have that so I had her grab a menu & pointed it out to her & she then apologized again & mentioned she'd comp the drink because at this point my order was screwed up twice. That was fine but mind you, I've already been here for about half hour if not longer & I was beyond thirsty and aggravated at this point. So we're eating, she comes back with my right drink finally so I was finally a happy camper! What happens next basically sealed the deal for me & this location. I was scraping the delicious cheese from my sizzling chicken and shrimp & as I bring the fork to my mouth, I see a nice long curly hair in my food!!!! I couldn't even fake it & set that up if I wanted to because my hair is straight. I was immediately disgusted & over this place. So I flagged her down and she told me she'd inform the manager and that would also be comped. I told her to bring out the check as well because at this point, I no longer wanted to be there. So she comes back with our receipt & showed it was comped for the drinks & my meal which was great but what pissed me off even more is that the manager on duty didn't even have the decency to come to our table to talk to us!!!! What kind of establishment are they trying to run there when a manager won't even do their job!!! I am filled with disgust and disappointment for this location & will NOT be returning there ever again & of course will be advising everyone I know in the area to not go there as well!!!! This all happened last night (Halloween)...
Read moreI'm not used to writing reviews that are negative, but our experience was that bad here. I'll do my best to stick to the facts. According to a sign at the front, the location is undergoing some remodeling, although I didn't see any active construction area. That said, the restaurant was filthy in terms of floor, windows and random tables. We were seated toward the back of the house, directly in the beaming hot sun. They did have shades to pull down, but they were largely useless. Add to that that the heat radiators were on and we were roasting like the chicken they serve. This was all the best part of our experience. We were eventually "greeted" by a server who clearly couldn't have cared less about us, her job, restaurant or her appearance. She hastily took our order and wouldn't have returned again until our food was ready, except we asked another server to see if she was around so that we could get refills on our water glasses that had gone dry due to combating the sweltering heat. Other tables seated in our same section were clearly as uncomfortable but they hadn't yet had the pleasure of our server's company, despite 10+ minutes of waiting. Our food arrived and, while we didn't have any returnable complaints or needs, it was sloppily presented and fairly unremarkable. Wouldn't have mattered as our server briefly visited once again - to drop off the bill and collect a credit card. Then to drop off a receipt for signature, and once again to sweep the signed copy up from the table. The latter two times, we weren't even afforded so much as a mumble. The other tables in our section received the same treatment and managers were notified. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. None the less, I won't be returning. I would like to mention that in watching a couple other servers, our service was an isolated problem as they all seemed friendly and were working very hard. If the other issues mentioned weren't also factors, I'd be inclined to blow off the poor service of this one visit. Hope they get their act together. The restaurant was not even 40% full during peak dinner service. That's not...

I was seated at a table for 90 minutes and was never served a plate of food. Can it get worse than that? That's like saying you went to a gas station, sat at a pump for 90 minutes, and left without a drop of gas. They have one job: serve food. They didn't do that.
This was a father's lunch day outing that included my father, one of my brothers and two of his boys. We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone greeted us. Then we ordered drinks and an appetizer - I didn't plan to eat - and I didn't. We were so sure this was going to suck based upon how long it took someone to acknowledge that were were occupying one of their tables, that we cautioned the friendly server not to bring our main courses out too close in proximity to the serving of our appetizer. The appetizer came out quickly and we were told by three different staff (two managers and our server) that as a courtesy the appetizer was rushed. It was here that the manager also let us know that dessert was going to be on them.
Onward.
To their credit our main courses were never at risk of colliding with our appetizer because we didn't actually see them until we were their for another 60 minutes. When they did come, it literally took three different people to deliver five people a meal. Dish by dish the food made its way to our table. It was cold, dried-out and ruined by overexposure to heat lamps. The food, as an experienced restaurant goer would say, "died in the window."
And to make this hilarious outing even more fun, my cobb literally never even came. Not only did it not come, but our server made two separate appearances to our table, once food came out, and never once even mentioned that my meal was missing and/or on its way.
We just walked out. I have never walked out of a restaurant after ordering food. And I dine all over and take it pretty seriously if you read any of my other reviews.
So yeah, this was a failure in every way opportunity to please a customer presented itself. What an awful way to spend a father's...
