Party Fair — Local services in East Windsor Township

I have to post this because a friend of mine had a bad experience awhile back & I need all to know how amazing this place is now. Went in yesterday because I had bought some items from a different party store to make my own balloon setups for my daughter’s sweet sixteen pics. I couldn’t figure it out & went back to this other party store. They wouldn’t refund me, which is fine, I get it. I asked them to show me a basic how-to of what I was doing wrong. They said I should read the directions. I looked up a video on YouTube & it suggested some items to make it easier. I ran over to party fair & they didn’t have the chain links from the video. BUT, instead, this lovely woman, Sabrina, asked that I watch Megan, an employee (artist in my opinion), as she was making a similar balloon design. Megan showed me step by step how to tie everything together. Mine didn’t come out as amazing as her, but it looks good. Next time I’ll order from those pros at party fair & save my money & time. Those 5 minutes made a world of difference to a panicking mom. Also, they have gorgeous place settings & other decorations for the party. I planned on going to Walmart after for that stuff, but sabrina showed me the elegant style settings, arranged them so I could envision the colors & finished project.1 trip to 1 store, cost me less than $200 for a huge party & an education on creativity for my pics. Priceless! Highly recommend this location. They go the extra mile...

Bought balloons to be used for birth of niece. Spent almost $20 on 5 balloons because I figured they would be better quality than the dollar store. Fast forward to less than 24 hours and half of them are deflated.

I called the store in hopes of getting the deflated balloons replaced and was told to come in and they would re-fill with helium. So I drive 15 minutes to the store and am told that the balloons I had purchased only last anywhere from 6-12 hours. As someone who doesn't sell balloons for a living how am I supposed to know this? There are no signs of this information anywhere and the woman who had helped me the day prior had not given me this information.

I ask for them to be filled with new helium and or have them replaced and she comes back asking me to purchase new ones to replace them. Haha! They tell me there is nothing they can do!

I will never go here again, I wasn't asking for a refund I just wanted my balloons replaced or refilled but the woman insisted on giving me an attitude the entire time I was in the store as I was supposed to know the overpriced balloons were only going to last overnight.

Rude staff, poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone give this party...

My transaction was 10 years ago, so I apologize if it a different owner. My son had his 1st birthday and I purchased a #1 balloon. By the time I got home the balloon was popped. I returned to the store and spoke to a manager. She was rude and told me It was my fault because I left the balloon in the hot car for too long. My sons birthday is in April, it was 61 degrees, and it was overcast. The manager refused to give me a new balloon. A $3 balloon lost a local customer for the past 10 years. I had a second child and numerous parties since, I have spent thousands of dollars on party supplies through the years that could have been spent in this store.
