We went to the Grand Opening today. What fun! A DJ was playing music and the crowd was friendly as we waited (40 minutes) to get in the store. When we got to enter, it smelled like cinnamon heaven! The hard part was deciding what to get—so many options, both preset or you can customize starting with the basic $6 roll. The rolls are gluten free and toppings vegan. I got a strawberry cream roll with cream cheese frosting, pieces of fresh strawberry and walnuts. My spouse got the very berry roll but changed to cream cheese frosting and added fresh raspberries to the fresh strawberries and blueberries. His also had a drizzle of raspberry jam. While I love the signature rolls, my top picks are the Shake Rattle—boasting a delightful blend of peanut butter and fresh bananas—and the Very Berry, where the tartness of the berries perfectly offsets the bun's sweetness.
