I recently visited this place with high hopes of enjoying a satisfying meal, but my experience left me thoroughly disappointed. The combination of poor service and an absurd policy regarding ketchup pouches has compelled me to share my unfavorable encounter.
To begin with, I ordered eight pizzas and two garlic breads, expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, when I politely requested ketchup pouches to accompany my order, I was taken aback by the staff's response. They informed me that ketchup pouches were not provided for free and that I would need to pay an additional for it.
This struck me as utterly ludicrous. A reputable pizza establishment should not resort to charging customers for such basic condiments, especially when the purchase already amounted to a considerable sum. It felt like a petty attempt to squeeze extra money out of patrons for an item that is typically given freely at most restaurants.
Furthermore, the staff's attitude towards my request was far from accommodating. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy or providing a reasonable explanation, they seemed dismissive and indifferent. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, both of which were sorely lacking during my visit.
In terms of the food itself, while the pizzas and garlic breads were ok , the overall experience overshadowed any potential enjoyment. The blatant focus on profit rather than customer satisfaction left a bitter taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally.
I sincerely hope that they take this feedback constructively and reevaluates their policies and customer service practices. A successful establishment should prioritize creating a positive dining experience, not nickel-and-dime their customers for minor condiments.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend based on my unfortunate encounter. The combination of a greedy ketchup policy, unfriendly service, and average food quality makes it an establishment that falls far below...
Read moreI am utterly disgusted by the abysmal service and blatant disregard for customers' rights displayed by Singhas Pizza, particularly the East Windsor store. Today's experience with your establishment has left me appalled and deeply disappointed.
Upon confirming a promotion"Daily Promotion Buy 2 delicious pizza with 1 topping & get 1 cheese pizza FREE" over the phone with one of your representatives, I proceeded to place an order through Singhas Pizza's website, as instructed. Despite explicitly mentioning the promotion and ordering accordingly, my delivery arrived incomplete. The cheese pizza, a crucial item for one of the children attending our party, was missing.
Upon calling the store to address the issue, the same lady picks up and confirms that the cheese pizza must have come and then called the manager. I was met with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude from the manager. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and taking responsibility, he callously suggested that I "go and ask DoorDash" for the missing item, as if the fault somehow lay with them. This is unacceptable.
Let me make this unequivocally clear: I ordered directly through Singhas Pizza's website, not through a third-party delivery service. Therefore, the responsibility for fulfilling the order lies squarely with Singhas Pizza, not with DoorDash or any other entity. And definitely not me.
Furthermore, the manager's suggestion that I drive 30 minutes to retrieve the missing pizza is nothing short of ludicrous and insulting. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the items I ordered in their entirety, especially when I have adhered to the terms of a promotion advertised by your establishment.
Singhas Pizza's complete lack of accountability and customer service is appalling and reflects poorly on your brand. No more business...
Read moreI can't believe the utter nonsense I experienced at Singas Famous Pizza on 10/7 at 7pm. I ordered three pies and was promised a 40-minute wait. Little did I know, that was just the beginning of this infuriating ordeal. I arrived at 7:20pm, and they casually informed me it would be an additional 20 minutes. Frustrated, I decided to check out the nearby Kesar Indian Thali. That established had an insufferably arrogant man who I can only assume is the owner. Not only were the prices there through the roof, but the staff's attitude was equally offensive. I returned to Singas at 7:45pm, only to be met with yet another 20-minute wait. Are they kidding me? If you're busy, fine, but why feed me these ludicrous time estimates? We had a flight to catch, so I had no choice but to cancel my order. And guess what? The so-called "manager" they sent my way was none other than the same guy from Kesar's! It's clear that both Kesar and Singas are under the ownership of the same bunch of arrogant, unprofessional individuals. My advice: steer clear of this place. I refuse to support small businesses that engage in such infuriating,...
