Spoke to a very nice lady about setting a loose diamond I purchased in a setting a currently had. I also needed to purchase another stone for another ring and have them all appraised. I returned later that day with the items I needed fixed. The jeweler was asked to come out and could not have been more rude!! As he was walking through the door, he was speaking about how busy he was. I by no means wanted it done that second and said I could leave it, but he said he wouldn’t do it!!
