I’ve been on the same medication for a year now never had a problem with Rite Aid And because of Rite Aid going out of business, they sent my medication to CVS And now they’re telling me that my insurance doesn’t cover the same medication that it did for a whole year It Doesn’t make any sense at all i’m absolutely in tears I was able to pick up my medication last month with them without a problem now this time they tell me that they didn’t have it in stock and that they will order it to give them a call tomorrow. Give them a call, said that it didn’t come in the shipment. They said that call back tomorrow. Read moreI don't even know where to start...literally in tears over a 2 minute conversation. I called this location twice. Once around 530 and then again at 6 o'clock. 25 minute wait each time and the employee I spoke to was extremely rude. I was trying to transfer a prescription to another CVS that's open later and had to call in instead of completing the transfer online since I didn't have the RX number. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. She huffed and puffed through the whole conversation and was extremely snappy. What really upset me is this prescription is for my child....she has absolutely no idea what the customers calling that pharmacy might potentially be going through medically and her lack of kindness or just at bare minimum being polite could really bring down an already bad day. Read moreMy usual pharmacy had issues with their system so they suggested I find a different CVS. Although it was late at night, I had run out of my prescription and did not want to go without, so I went to this location and spoke to a young lady who directed me to another pharmacy member named Minh. Unfortunately there was an unexpected issue with my insurance and they were about to close up so I figured I was out of luck (and I expected as much but it doesn't hurt to try), but to my surprise Minh tried so very hard to get me my prescription and even helped with troubleshooting any potential issues. He really went above and beyond at the very end of his shift and I was really grateful for his help. Thanks to his tips I did actually end up getting my prescription that night at another 24-hr pharmacy after making some calls.
