So I bought a hoka shoes from here because I was struggling from planter fascia foot pain and I wore them for just 2-3 days and I did feel the comfortable on my feet they were too tight. So after that I had gone to exchange these shoes for another one so the girl working on the register at night she saw the shoes and she said they were dirty like I just bought it 3 days ago and weren't even dirty. They were doing it only because I was wearing a turban and doing racism with me and the other girl too standing at entrance she was like we couldn't return them because they are too dirty but in reality they weren't dirty so the staff there had zero customer service skills and they are just doing timepass over there. The guy there when I was about to buy the shoes told me that you can return these shoes in between 90 days. He said that they could not be returned only you do trekking or something like that with them. But I wore them just 3 days and they are in perfect condition but they are telling that we couldn't exchange them...

My husband and I bought Oakley's and another item yesterday. Four people assisted us. One we believe was a manager, Lana? Laura? She did not smile or look us in the eye. There was also a guy who did not even greet us, he only pointed at us once the, manager-like lady showed up at the counter. The reason we are giving the store five stars is because of the two girls who were the epitome of customer service! They both took care of us! They acknowledged, greeted and were cheerful! Savanah was super bubbly and let us know she would be right with us, she then called for help to unlock the case. Destinay, greeted us as we walked by and then later assisted us as we purchased our items. Destinay should be the trainer for customer service for the other two! We will be back to purchase again because of these two...

I went to the Eastvale Dick's Sporting Goods store to purchase an expensive pickelball paddle, worth more than $200.
I asked a sales clerk who was standing in the front if he had the paddle in stock.
I was told that due to Christmas, all items were on the floor. I could not find the item and he told me that it was probably out of stock.
I lingered around near the pickelball section.
A sales clerk named EVAN approached me and asked if I needed help. Evan went to the back stockroom, but he could not find the paddle.
Evan then checked a second area of the store and found the paddle.
Evan provided excellent customer service and I left the store a very happy Instacart shopper. Also, my customer was elated that Evan took the time to find his paddle.
Evan should be commended for a job well done!!!!!!!!
