Subway — Restaurant in Elyria

I called in my order (two subs) and pickup was at 6pm. As I'm standing in the "Express Checkout" line there are two young girls trying to checkout with their debit card I'm assuming. There were two other people who's sandwich's weren't quite ready yet, so I stepped up to the cash register, gave my name and I said I called my order in 15 minutes ago. The young cashier says to me, "could you please step aside while I take this other customer's payment"...ok, whatever, so I did...then the other customer behind the one who was taken before me, also got cashed out...what is the point of calling in an order, standing and waiting for two other people in the Express Checkout line if they're going to take everyone else first anyway?? And for future reference ladies behind the counter...DON'T put chocolate chip cookies in with the same HOT subs please! Needless to say, the cookies were melted and all stuck together. AND, I said I wanted both subs TOASTED and...

I used to work here and in all honesty I can tell you NOT TO GO it’s the most dirty place ever the manger works his people like their slaves the food is always expired and his food is over priced. And never really past expectations. And all and all it’s probably the worst place to go to. His AM steals money and he blames it on everyone else. His cookies are never fresh. He keeps them from the previous day! Also his soup is always bad he never changes it. The bathrooms are horrible, and the bad is just nasty people sit on the prep table where the food is cut at! And never washed down the sinks to wash dishes in is never clean. The chips are always crubbled and got holes in them. Their is a really bad flu and ant problem in the back as well as other...

Went on my lunch to get subway. Nobody was even there to take my order. When someone did come up she had a mouth full of food. AT LEAST SHE WASHED HE HANDS... everything then went smoothly until I asked for salt and pepper. My sub was drowning in it. I couldn't even eat half my sub the taste was so oberwhelming... then another lady took my money while the other was finishing my sandwich. she was kind to me but the professionalism was lacking. I know it's only subway but the two girls were goofing around and yelling at each other over who was going to help me.. I don't think I'll be back to...
