Orderd the hand tossed Nashville hot tenders and got normal tenders with a side of sause while driving I asked why they weren't hand tossed and got told they don't hand toss the the hand tossed tenders I was refused a refund the manager told me that it's company policy I asked to talk to the supervisor got told that they're not dealing with it you gonna tell me that they couldn't toss my tenders or refund them that it goes against policy they shouldn't be advertised as hand tossed if it's a side of sause they put the oil based sause in a cup that spilt over in the bag spilling on to my interior leather I worked at kfc in medina for over 3 years and the whole crew would've been fired for handling bidness so poorly wouldn't even while my ass with the tenders they had sitting in the warmer since 8am incident took place on Jan 31st at 1 pm I will be disputing the charge on my card since no refund was issued better off eating ass at weight...

My father waited in line for over a half hour. Ordered a famous bowl with gravy and chicken on the side, a bucket of chicken, 2 sides of mashed potatoes and biscuits. Checked his bag before driving off… no famous bowl so he told them twice he needed it with gravy and chicken on the side due to dietary restrictions and they couldn’t even bother to do that not too mention not any butter or honey for the biscuits in the bag with 2 napkins? What kind of service is that when you spend over $30 just to try and feed his family. It literally looks like soup they put so much gravy on it. It’s ridiculous you can’t get what you order, I don’t think it’s rocket science to read a simple food order ticket and place the items in the bag as they were ordered. Ordered from Uber. It was a mixed bag of good and bad. Good. Although ordered from Uber, prices were shockingly reasonable. Bad. Ordered 3 piece original. Got extra crispy. Bad. Container of coleslaw was placed in box with hot chicken, pretty well heated up by the time I ate it. Never heard of warm coleslaw. Good. Chicken could not have been made 10 minutes before being delivered. Very fresh. Ordered my kid a chicken bowl. As usual he gave me no indication of good or bad, it was gone in the blink of an eye so I will assume good. Bad. After ordering I noticed the online receipt said "customer declined utensils and napkins. I get the fact that you have to keep costs down so automatically throwing utensils in Might prove costly, but napkins? Fried Chicken is a messy meal and I think KFC could afford to throw in a couple napkins and when in the heck did I decline it? Never saw that...
