We visitied the Nordstrom Rack in Edmonton, NJ. Met some if the nicest, charming and comfortable people ever to grace the several Nordstrom Rack locations that i have visited. First there was Artemis. Truly helpful, insightful and a no nonsense, mature and respectful appeal. She asvised me on a matter of product and it proved to be percise. Then there was another associate whise name fails me, but she was most gracious and loving and connected me to a manger named Erin. And, there is where things blended inyo a wonderful and memorable shopping experience, coupled with a genuine warm atmosphere of people coming together as one, discussing merchandise, human behavior, the state of the world and just how much I loved the gift of their time, assistance with a damaged product and our lovely interactions đș I was treated like a valued customer and each employee is deserving of all due consideration and more... Erin sets a fine example of professionalism for her staff to mirror. Not too mention the gifts that they already have handy and deliver! Thank you ladies â€ïž. The Khiel's Moisturizer, minus the eye cream stands as a reminder of just how beautiful we all are. And the wonderful and meaningful time we spent together on the selling floor. I hope this message finds its way to you, and I look forward to our next chance meet. Take care,...
Read moreWay too jam packed with merchandise. Used to have a little room to look at clothes on racks and used to be much neater. They now have a return hub which must get a ton of online returns because there was a nonstop flow of multiple people in line, that area which used to be on other side of store with the cashiers, now takes real estate from men's dept so racks got squished closer without an inch on them so you have to pry things off racks and nearly impossible to slide anything a bit to look at stuff. Things not nearly as sized out as much as they used to be and everything is hit and miss where chances of finding something in a different size is nearly impossible because I think they're putting a bunch of lone items that were returned from online purchases that nobody wants on these racks. There was one guy swamped behind the returns, working hard going nonstop trying to make heads or tails out of the piles of returns then trying to find places to squeeze some of them on the racks. Not sure about the women's dept, but from a glance racks looked closer and jammed just as bad. Better off buying online if you want things from there and spending like the $100 or so to get free shipping and using the store for returns. Think the only thing I'll go back to the store for is shoes which...
Read moreManager Sarah! Do not tell customers what to do. You should train customers serviceâs team how to take care of customers getting refunds in a proper way. Because of the staffâs mistake i had to drive twice there and before i leave, hit my back saying next time before returning i had to do blah blah. You are supposed to say to customer who came twice ( wasted my gas 20minutes away from my house) âthanks and sorry for your inconvenience instead of your advice who doesnât need. Please train your team better because thatâs your job. You guys are experts and not trained customers.
