I went to Bargain City 15 minutes before closing, ready to purchase a mattress that day. As soon as I walked in, an employee rudely told me, "We're closing soon," in a tone that made it clear I wasn’t welcome—even though I still had time. I continued looking at a mattress, and 8 minutes before closing, the same employee walked by, saw me browsing, and turned the lights off on me without saying a word. (To remind you this was before close and other customers were in the store). The service was so unprofessional and off-putting that I decided to leave.
