I was at the Eden Prairie location. The store manager (Jessie) was extremely rude and unfriendly. The assistant manager was very pleasant. I believe Jessie should be removed from her position and replaced. Jessie made my experience so uncomfortable that I will not go to that location again, and even though the Minneapolis location is a much further drive for me I will go there over the Eden Prairie store every time. If Jessie is removed, I will go back to EP. Until then, they have lost my business. I have bought nearly all my gifts from Patina, and it is inconvenient for me to go to another location so I will be finding a new boutique shop. Jessie has ruined my loyalty to Patina...and I WILL be telling my friends to avoid Patina... and it’s ENTIRELY...

There's a variety of gifts available, from house warming to kid friendly. Patina's has conquered a niche market with their unique/variety selection of gifts/items. Their competitors typically have the same thing no matter the brand. "We have a sense of humor here" a staff member said. Patina's will provide shock value with what you'll find here.
