Nautical Bowls — Restaurant in Eden Prairie

As someone who has loved this place for so long, I wish I could be giving 5 stars, but unfortunately i cannot. I have been coming to Nautical Bowls in Eden Prairie for a few months now, and I’ve always loved the customer experience as it always felt so personal and welcoming. Unfortunately the past couple of times I’ve gone in, I’ve experienced the rudest most disappointing behavior. When I went in this morning, I was encountered with a snappy teenager who demanded my order and made no effort to even smile at me (She also did not have her hair back- health code violation??). In the past, I’ve been greeted by the sweetest, most adorable girls, and so I don’t know what changed. I was the only customer in the store and it still took over 6 minutes to get my bowl out, when usually I receive it in less than 30 seconds after paying. It doesn’t sound terrible, but compared to what it was not that long ago it is extremely disappointing. Not only that, but when I returned home to enjoy my lunch I found a piece of orange hair floating in my açaí....

Young women that work here are very good with customers and dealing with a line of people and we're managing to stay calm and just continue doing their jobs without panicking or becoming too stressed out. I appreciate that because it shows that the job Awards them with some kind of happiness which indicates that it cannot be a terrible company to work for her that is trying to take advantage of younger people. I could be wrong but it's the view I get from an outsider of the company. I wish I could tell you their exact names and give them credits but I did not manage to write them down I plan to in the future so they can get credit where credit is to do. Always heard good things about the place and finally decided to go for a walk and stop there to try it out. Great and dangerous idea at the same time. The food is great but the dangerous part is how close I love from this location. In less than 3 days, we went there twice and tried different flavors. First time we had the tradicional açaí and it was pretty good (anchor bowl) Second time we had big island and it was so delicious and refreshing at the same time. (Not gonna lie I was skeptical of trying so many new flavors and different things that I never had before, but I’m happy we tried it and we loved it! Looking forward to going...
