Today I came here to this location to do fulll foil with the price of $130 . I sat down with my hair stylist and asked to do exactly wat I want which is : I don’t want any hair left without color and I want it to be black mix with highlights so anyway she started working on my hair on back she put 3 foils and start talking about the price that the cost is not $130 I they said si gonna be $150 plus bc I’m not leaving hair between foils is gonna cost me more a $ 100 so the total is $235. I told her no so the manager came her name Chelsea, she was so loud talking to me in from of other guest very rude , i said to her that wat I was told $130 she replied my over the phone I misunderstood , I said no I got the price here in store not over the phone plus she was the one I spoke to. So, I asked her to give me discount bc I’m new customer at least, she replied with Rudeness “ NO No” loudly. So I asked her no I can’t afford that much today I planned on less then $200 ... she went ahead and ordered the hair Stylist to wash my hair not my all hair just the back one the three foils.

To me It’s not bout money it’s more about kindness and service matters to me a lot .

I have been coloring my hair for 20 years never had this such experience.

I recently relocated to Saint Louis Park (my home town) after 27 years away. I had the same stylist in Portland for over 20 years. 20 YEARS PEOPLE! Over the years he had figured out how to tame my very thick hair with mixed textures. Curly underneath, straight on top. The perfect ingredients for triangle head. Ugh.

I had heard about Tom Pepin from friends and family members and how AMAZING he is with color. I was psyched to find someone who was great with color, and having grown up in Minneapolis, the fact he was at an Aveda salon was a huge plus. But the true test - could this man handle cutting and styling this crazy head of hair?

I’m happy to say he can! Not only do I absolutely love the color, (I’d never done an ash gloss over blonde highlights before and I love it!) but Tom figured out a way to add layers so the straight hair on top blends in more with the curls underneath giving me freedom from the blow dryer and flat iron this summer!

We would like to get some sort of refund on the false advertisement. The description for the "Together Massage" needs to state that it is two separate prices for each individual. The description is misleading, causing you to think it's for one price. Even though there is a "+" sign at the end of each price, you do not expect it to be $75 more than highest listing price of $110. It is confusing, especially for people getting their first massage.

I called the salon and spoke to Lorie about my conflict with their pricing and massage description for the massage my boyfriend and I both got. She said she is not able to refund anything and would have Ryan her general manager call me. I got a voicemail from him and called him back a couple days later. He said he does not agree that their description is misleading and told me he will not be refunding me anything. I told him I am not looking for a full refund. He said he will not refund anything at all. I told him I will have to inform the BBB about this. He said okay and hung up...
