They had this uncalled for thing , it has nothing to do with some blanketed excuse to say it's apart of their musty job. Of splitting my case and benefits between both offices, when both places have the same services. No matter how much I mentioned that my case wasn't fully transferred they kept putting on this "professional facade" that they were going to fix that and never would. Long since away from that crummy place and they still haven't closed my case.
