My step mom purchased a sweater from me at this boutique for Christmas. It was a gift and unfortunately it didn't fit. The sweater was purchased at $56 and completely fell off of me despite being a "one size fit." I contacted the owner within 2 days of receiving the item and she said she would pull up the information. 10 days later, she failed to respond so I again questioned her and she informed me that the store had a 10 day policy for exchanges only, that it was purchased on November 19, and so she would not honor an exchange. She finally offered me $14 since the item had been marked down to that. Despite how it was full price when I initially contacted her on Dec 27. Small town boutiques should strive for customer satisfaction and it's clear that this owner and this boutique does not care about customer satisfaction by refusing to modify the exchange/return policy around the holidays. This adorable boutique quickly became my favorite place to shop and now fills my closet. They keep up with trends so that you don’t have to, and are always happy to help you style an outfit for any occasion. The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable. The owner, April, is truly a special person. Her love for what she does shows through in all areas of the store and staff. She is extremely responsive on social media for questions or purchases. This is one of the best boutiques I have ever shopped in...the owner and her daughter were so sweet, kind, and helpful. They made shopping fun and relaxing. They were not pushy or overbearing; they were honest and encouraging. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area! As a vacationer, I was very pleased with my experience.
