I also ordered the wrong coils and Mark and John got me the right ones immediately! When I say immediately, I was shocked when UPS delivered my order the next day. The liquid is outstanding. In today’s world, there is so much negativity and people with attitudes, from being locked down and the stress over the virus (understandable) this crew left me with a smile on my face knowing they will resolve this and I didn’t have to backtrack to call back. I placed an order with Gentleman’s Draw, but I didn’t know my previous residence address was on file. My order was delivered and then returned to the store. Mark reached out to me via email to let me know, we got the address straightened out, and he reshipped. This time, our mail delivery person dropped it at the wrong house. I spoke to Mark on the phone, we shared our frustration with ALL of the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, all of them) and we tried again. Third time’s the charm! I got my order and it was perfect.
