THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING... WENT TO EAT THERE THIS SATURDAY 06/01/2024, FOUND A BIG ROACH IN THE MENUDO!!!!.. 🤮🤮 TOLD THE LADY WHO SAYS SHE'S THE OWNER AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO NOT ONLY NOT APOLOGIZE BUT TO BECOME OFFENDED WHEN I MADE HER AWARE OF HER DIRTY @.. KITCHEN!!! THE OWNERS REPLY NOW IS THAT HORRIBLE "APOLOGY", ITS LAUGHABLE... WE TOLD THE OWNER OF THE INCIDENT SOON AS IT HAPPENED... NOT ONLY WAS THIS NOT OUR FIRST TIME HERE!! My husband ordered breakfast tacos to go on 7/1, 4 tacos with beans. He gets home and none of them have beans. He calls to let them know and the person on the phone said they would only redo 1 taco or he could go pick up the beans!!! What kind of horrible service is this? Almost $20 for the tacos and they act like it's our mistake. They couldn't even redo the order!! Wow very terrible customer service. I myself have been a customer for many years and I can't believe this is how they treat their longtime customers!!! Nothing like authentic Mexican food with a distinguished flavor that you will only get from the kitchen staff. There are enchiladas, and then there are LA OLLA ENCHILADAS; what separates their food is the taste that only years of experience can provide. Served hot, fresh and within a reasonable amount of time EVEN with a high volume of customers ordering simultaneously. Clean dining environment with super efficient wait staff who do not forget to greet you with a smile to create a warm and cozy dining experience.
