Went to the Edinburg Ross on Trenton ,And decided to open a Ross credit card. After cashier ( Maribel )gives me my amount I asked her if I could apply for the ROSS credit Card , she litterey was no help ,Never said let me help you apply ,Though what came out of her mouth for me to come back on Tuesday and went on ,I did tell her just forget it its OK I can pay cash ,Honesty i think Employees like her with no customer Service should not be there as cashiers. Read moreI love shopping at Ross stores but today's experience was not the best. I usually shop at the mcallen locations but since I was in the area I decided to stop by. Loss prevention guy at the door greeted us and was friendly but there was also a loss prevention lady walking the floors greeting everyone with a "hello" which is fine but after a while it felt extremely uncomfortable. I was looking at the dresses and my toddler was in the small shopping carts when she came out of no where, she literally scared my son. Read moreEmbarrassed .....I was unaware that i couldn't try on a jacket in the store after putting it in my cart i preceded to put on my own jacket when a retail associate yells across the store to me that I can't try on clothes in the store. I would have appreciated if she would have approached me than yell it across the store for everyone to hear. She made me feel as if i was committing a crime.
