T.J. Maxx — Local services in Edinburg

I'm sick and tired of seeing these 2 ladies(customers) being tip off by an employee about merchandise that's going to be put out and where it's going to be. This employee hides/puts merchandise not where it's suppose to be for insistence xmas merchandise, employee puts these hot items that people are wanting into a different aisle...they hid the xmas hello cookie jar 2 of them in the back corner of the store where the pots and pans are!?! How is that FAIR!!!..these 2 ladies knew exactly!!! where to go and these 2 ladies talk to this associate and talk about their group they are in on social media in the store and talk about the other hello kitty shoppers and laugh about. This isn't the 1st time I've witnessed them finding hello kitty merchandise hiding else where, this associate shouldn't be hiding for friends and then laughing at all of us. The employees make fun of the costumers in back room, we can hear them talking and laughing. Not professional at all. I do have names and I have taken it up with corporate. I hope to see this issue gets fixed and costumer assistance is at its best. I HOPE THE MANAGER CATCHES THE ASSOCIATE THAT IS DOING THIS, HIDING FOR...

Really Disappointed with this location never had a problem at any other TJmaxx . I really wanted to get 2 items (damaged makeup ) that was on the sales floor (opened clearance item section ) they had no price tag on it or barcode witch was the only problem and the manager would not sell them to me ! Saying “they have a new policy where they can’t sell open or touched items” . that’s literally most of clearance I would have payed full price for them I didn't care I just really wanted those items And She couldn’t look them up in the system for me ? Or anything to help me out and sell the product ? Terrible service worst experience at a TJ maxx...

There actually wasn't a long line and I got some Versace cologne along with some much-needed new boxer briefs. I think the cologne was only 10 or 15 bucks off the original price along with the boxers, which isn't bad. There's always random stuff to get there, just go sober and try not to pick up too many things that add up and or you'll regret later on. All those little things eventually do add up to a lot. I think I spent a little over $70. I did need new cologne, boxers and socks, so it was worth it. I think I bought some random chips and almost bought a few other random items but I put them back at the last minute. Fila...
