Ordered online for pickup. Got to the store and the cashier reads back my order on the point of sale system and cashes me out, BEFORE telling me that their printers are down and none of my food was made. Yet my order was able to be read back to me from the point of sale system. If your printers are down, check your point of sale system and do not cash out customers if you haven't even started making their online order. Free delivery of the late food is not acceptable after I already wasted my time and gas to pick up. Food finally shows up an hour and 20 minutes after ordering (online order said ready in 20 minutes) and then they had the nerve to try to charge me for the food again after I already paid in the store.
UPDATE: I did not see the reply to my review until some time later so did not know I was offered a free complimentary order. I did order from here again like 6 months later, and the staff informed me that I was due for a freebie, which came to me as a surprise until I read the reply to my review here later. Read moreI literally just tried to order from this place. I tried several times to place my order. There website kept saying that my email address was invalid. I tried 2 different email addresses (which are both valid). It would not except either one. I called them. I was immediately put on hold. When she came back on. She said that they had just received a large order and that they would have an hour to wait on pickup and an hour and a half for delivery. This was at about 4:20. I said that was fine. I didn't want it delivered until 6:00. The girl was very rude and said they couldn't guarantee that it would be delivered by then. By this time I had spent about an hour trying to place an order which they obviously didn't want. So I ordered elsewhere.

Tonight, there was an incident where delivery was late, but this is HANDS DOWN one of the best places I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating Pizza from. I’ve ordered bacon on my pizza from other places and not only do other places skimp, but their bacon is soggy and sad. Snappy’s? SO MUCH BACON. Big pieces. Crispy. Delicious!! And tonight we ordered the Golden BBQ wings and those are probably the best wings I’ve ever had. I usually struggle with eating wings but I happily cleaned those bones. Plus, despite the pizza being late, both the guy I talked to on the phone and the delivery driver were absolute Peaches.
