Went to lids today 3/21/22 and two young men walked out closing the whole store! They said their going on lunch. 1. It was 5:15. 2. The store closes at 7 3. They just lost a guaranteed sale! Those boys should have not closed the store one of them should have stayed behind while the other gets the food. They literally walked out looked at me and my mom and I knew the store wasn't supposed to be closed then they said they were going to lunch and they both LAUGHED I'm NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO...

I had some custom hats made with our business name. They turned out horrible with burn marks in the stitching from the employee using a lighter on almost every letter trying to fix mess ups. The excuse is the machine kept jamming. They would not refund the inferior product or exchange it. Customer service was horrible. Store manager could not be reached. Definitely do not...
