Stoops Freightliner - Western Star — Local services in Edinburgh

Last month, as we were leaving Camp Atterbury, our RV broke down on US 31 around I-65. We travel and live fulltime in our coach so this was a very stressful experience for us. Our RV is more than a vehicle, it's our home. Since we were not familiar with the area, we used the Freightliner App and Stoops came up as the closest service center and we are so GRATEFUL! From the first phone call, Kevin, Mason, Aaron, and Ashley did everything they could to help us. They offered to let us stay in the parking lot while they worked on our coach and kept us updated on everything that was happening. They worked diligently to get us back on the road as soon as possible. All four were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. They made our situation a lot less stressful and we cannot recommend them enough. Whoever owns this company needs to make sure they do everything they can to keep these employees. They are the ones who make your business...

I dropped off my Semi to be serviced for hill assist and Kevin wrote up my order. I was greeted with kindness right away, never not once got the rushed feeling like I do at regular shops. Evan was there to answer any questions I had when Kevin was busy. Isaiah drove me to the E.R while my truck was being serviced and would have came back to get me if I couldn’t find a ride Gage worked on my truck initially very informative. Andy and Isaiah were working on my truck when I arrived back to the shop addressing any additional concerns I had. Absolutely amazing and Truely get the 5star. These gentleman are the true definition of a phenomenal TEAM

We had opportunity to use the services of Stoops in Edinburgh to do annual maintenance on our 45 foot Thor Tuscany motor coach. My wife and I can honestly say that we could not be happier with all phases of the experience. The cost was reasonable, the team was very thorough, gave regular updates, did not try and up sell on unnecessary products, transported us to a local restaurant for lunch, and provided a nice clean atmosphere with good coffee while waiting. It was honestly the best service experience we have ever had......and no we aren’t related nor were we asked to write a review. We own a business and I can only hope that those that represent us do as well as Lonnie, Dylan, Andy.....plus others I don’t remember their names (apologies).
