Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indiana

Google would not allow me to pick NO stars. The last 10 times I've been there, something went terribly wrong. Like, being told in drive thru line that the wait will be 30mins to an hour.. or that there's only 2 people working so long wait...or getting wrong order after waiting for an unreasonable time... but the best was the last 2... we waiting in drive thru with no movement, so went in to order. manager came out to dining area and told us she didnt want to help any more ppl inside cause she needed to focus on drivethru.. she asked us to leave, but not the 4 other customers in front of us. Then unfortunately we went there 2 days after that because we were in a hurry and had picky teens with us.. my boyfriend started his phone timer at ordering... we waited 43 minutes.. he complained to the manager who was the same person from the previous night, she was rude and he didn't talorate her unprofessional horrible managing and told her that. she told us to leave for complaining and when we refused to leave with out our food OR money- she called the cops!!! We laughed and antisipated their arrival. Of course the officer agreed she had to give us our money and he also agreed that the officers don't even eat there due to their HORRIBLE reputation!! I can't believe she wasted the time of the officers with her petty bs AND slowed everything in the store to a dead stop! Way to manage lady! No wonder this taco bell is a 1☆ rating!! Why does the franchise owner see whats happening in their store and allow it to go one for 5 years??!?!?!? (((We only go there because it's one of few options close by and trust me we will NOT...

This was absolutely the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I don't think I've ever waited nearly 25 minutes for a simple order. The cashier looks like he hates his job. His name most certainly isn't Becky so that makes the review that much harder. He took my order then kind of stared at me a bit. After I paid, he starts helping someone else but I am supposed to have a drink with my meal so I'm standing there trying to get his attention to get my drink. Finally I'm able to get him to hand me a cup. A family who was there at least 5 minutes before me waited at least a half hour for their food because the front cashiers/cooks were ignoring dine-in orders and only making drive-thru orders for at least 15 minutes. They messed up someone's order while I was there and so that made me really nervous about what I was going to receive. I decided to stand at the front so as to let them understand that I have been waiting quite a while. While standing there I got to see the condition of the kitchen.... Gross. The floor looks absolutely disgusting. Busted packets of sauce all over the floor and various piles of beef, lettuce, and cheese strewn about. The cooking stations looked terrible as well. I was sickened just watching them prepare the food. I was hungry and so I still ate my food but I most certainly won't return to this location due to uncleanliness and their lack of prioritizing customers along with a bored cashier. I hope the manager as well as corporate sees this review so maybe they can revise their current...

Visited this location last week. Staying at hotel across the street walked over doors locked people inside eating. Was told they were not letting anyone else in to eat due to computer at front desk down. One family inside. Yet they are taking drive thru orders and can no ring in a take out order on that computer. My wife didnt have the vehicle I did at work hence why she walked over. Called to talk manager a female stated she was the manager and told my wife she did not need to give her her name and if she had an issue call 1800 Taco Bell hung up on her. Then today my wife orders take out online and pays walked over to get it and yet again doors locked aogn on door says short staffed not doing dine in. My wife called 11 times and no answer one car in drive thru at thr time here she is again in a situation no car only this time order is paid for and waiting to be picked up.she had to beat on the door and stand outside for about 10 min before anyone would come to the door. Food was ice cold and thrown together all the tacos opened up in bag and all over the bag they refused to remake order. So again another call to corporate was made. This is a joke for a store. My wife has ran a full service restaraunt for 10 years and this is not how you do business. They clearly need a new staff and new...
