Yankee Candle — Local services in Edinburgh

I should give less stars but because I’m in customer service I will leave 3. I am use to the great service at College Mall where they know what inventory they have but was looking for a retired candle I can only find at outlet places. I told the young lady the candle was called Quiet Sky. She said they did not have this one but had others. I told her what color it was and what I thought it smelled like and she directed me to things like storm watch and midnight sky...bla bla. It took me less than a minute to find the candle that I was looking for. No information about sales or promos...nothing. Please tell me the 2 ladies I interacted with tonight are only there to stock shelves because to me they had no clue what inventory they had or what customer service is! I typically spend over $100, but sadly walked out spending...
