Wonderful service!! We live in Southwest Oklahoma, so, obviously, our bedroom suit had to be shipped. We were thrilled to learn that we could order the furniture in any colored we wanted, but when it arrived it was not only black, it was black lacquer, which is what we really wanted. . . . and it arrived ahead of schedule. A couple of months later we had some problems with the headboard lights--first one side then the other. Brian Rouach was wonderful. He sent me, separately, new lights for the headboard. Then, when we were installing the lights on one side, the switch was broken by someone. I again emailed Brian, and he did some digging, contacted the warehouse, and was able to send me a new switch. My experience with J&M has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I initially paid for a bed in December, but they failed to deliver it on time. Instead of resolving the issue, they insisted I make a second purchase, this time at a higher price than my original order. When they finally made the delivery, they brought the wrong bed model entirely. What's even more frustrating is that rather than correcting their mistake and providing the bed I actually ordered, they simply offered a refund and showed no interest in making things right. Their customer service over the phone was unprofessional and dismissive, making an already bad situation even worse. Given my experience with their poor delivery service, inconsistent pricing, and inadequate customer service, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.
