CVS — Local services in Edison

This is the third or fourth time in the past 30 days I've had to pick up medication for various members in my family. I chose this location specifically for their drive through. Each time in the drive through, it takes about 15 -20 minutes to get someone's attention after you pull up ( not worth mentioning the time it's taken me when there's even one car in front of me). This last visit there were three people in the pharmacy. One of which was dealing with the in store customers. One was filling prescriptions. Guess what the third was doing? Some of these comments are absolutely ridiculous and entitled. I've been coming here for 3 years for my mother and children's prescriptions and NEVER had an issue with anyone in the pharmacy. You need to understand that sometimes stores run out of medications for whatever reason. Often times I'm waiting in line hearing people arguing about prescriptions being ready when they misread the text received. Honestly, get the cvs app instead of hounding these poor employees running around trying to make sure everything is ok. Most of the time, it's the customers holding up the line not the employees. The staff in this CVS are usually very helpful. But recently I had a bit bad experience. My daughter was sick with high fever and the doctor called this pharmacy to place the prescription. After about 1/2 hr I called the pharmacy to check on the prescription. They asked me to wait for a minute and put on hold. I waited for 13 min in the call and finally went to the pharmacy. There they told me that they didn’t get any prescription. When I called the doctor she said they put her call also on hold 3 times and she had to wait 10 min each time.
