All managaement needs to take a food safety course. Hope the owner sees this.
Went for convenience on my way to work every morning. I used to manage a restaurant years ago and this is one of the most poorly trained staff I’ve ever witnessed in the few months I went here. The staff is tremendously slow. 10-15 minute wait for 1 bagel with cream cheese and no other orders in site. Never seen someone take so long to spread cream cheese. Then you take your fingers and push the bagel down leaving literal holes in the bread from his fingers with a reused pair of gloves.
Also you would fail any sort of health and food/safety inspection for this alone. Those gloves are NOT reusable as your employee struggled for 5 minutes just to put on his gloves the already previously used for another order. Not only is it a waste of time being it’s much easier to simply put on a new pair. but it’s a major health violation for cross contamination.

Read moreSo i just left the deli and it was terrible.... The lady at the counter was rude and budding into my conversation. The man cooked without gloves.... but he didn't seem to be handling the money so it wasn't the biggest deal of all.... But the lady made me spend extra money to get a combo when i told her 10 times NO i DO NOT want it! she told me it was the same price i told her fine coleslaw. it looked and tasted awful and when i went to the counter to pay and once again asked if i couldn't just get a sandwich without the combo she said well you got the cole slaw! And then i got home fries with cheese and she forgot the cheese so i went to ask her to put it on and she puts a few slices on and it doesn't melt when i ask her to heat it up she says no ... she can only put it in a microwave?! thats nasty and who eats raw cheese on hmff? after a few of her no's and it seemed like i wasn't giving up she gave in ....are you kidding me i will never come back here again she was nasty and only nice when we...
Read moreIt is a small place with a few people working behind a counter. I am grading taking in consideration factors like food taste, food presentation, waiting time, service and cleanliness. As you can see in the photo, that’s what they call TEXMEX omelet. Green peppers, tomatoes, cheese and avocado. Omelet was greasy, looks that dark probably because the area where was cooked was dirty with old oils or butter. Taste ok.. but I could taste the burnt butter or oils most than the ingredients. The plate paper/plastic plate ( very cheap quality) got really saggy passing some 6 min after they served, leaving the table with residual of the oils. The waiting time was fine, the service was fine too. The place was clean. I paid $ 11.13 for that plate. Yeah, high price for what I received.
