This Taco Bell is the busiest in the area the workers work so hard to make orders I am a regular customer and have seen for myself these previous comments are talking about how they are lazy or shouldn’t be working but put yourself in their place and see it from their point of view. They have a lot of orders on the weekend and if you that there is a line and you have a problem with that go to a different location. You see others are waiting for a long period of time why wait and make it even longer. in this one visit there was multiple people waiting and this group of customers were cursing at the manager saying why it’s taking so long. In which she replied that there were multiple people placing orders at the same time and they were all coming in to pick it up at the same time. As a regular customer I understand this since I’ve been there multiple times and seen how they work.it’s not always that busy it’s just the weekend where everyone in the entire Edison location decides to go there. They all work together and it’s not easy when there’s a huge crowd of people rushing you for your order. If you don’t want to wait why bother when you see there’s already a lot of people waiting. All these previous reviews are talking about how they’re a bad service it’s really not. It’s not like they are not working you see all of them workinf and trying to get the order out. They can’t control when people come to pick up their order and it must be a lot of pressure if custoemrs are constantly doing this to them. Don’t blame the service if you’re going in during a busy time on their busiest days. People have seem to forgotten that we are in the middle of a pandemic and it’s gotten a lot harder on businesses as they may be short staffed or experiencing issues within themselves. When we went inside to order we had to wait for like 20 minutes, we tried to order from the tablet system but that was not working, one of the employees came near by we told him we want to order dine in but he ignored us and just went by. After a while of waiting we demanded to talk to the manager and yelled for someone to take our order. But he told us he could not take dine in he said dine in closes at 10 but we arrived there at 9 and we had to wait like 20 minutes. Then we finally got our order after a big chunk of time.
Then we went outside and ate our food the parking lot was so dirty and gross It looked like someone threw the whole dumpster on the lot. It was so dirty. It looked like the staff just want to waste all of their business and just go home. They do not care about their store it is just so dirty.
The food was cold and all messy and mixed up. They did not even give us sauce napkins or utensils we had to go up there and ask them 2 times and then finally they gave us some sauce napkins and utensils but they just gave couple of packets of sauce then we had to ask them again for sauce. The food was soggy cold and messed up with lettuce tomatoes cheese and it was all mixed in some sour cream and it was so cold. The food could really make someone sick. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Read moreOn 7th Oct at about 9.10 pm, we went to this Taco Bell and ordered Dine In meal for 4 of us. After about 12 mins our order was given to us in a bag. We were settled on a table and about to start eating, when Ms. Nipul shouted from across the room “this location is closed, you have to get out and eat”! As I went up to her to tell her that this was a Dine In order, she replied in an extremely rude tone and gestured at us obnoxiously! At that point, I asked her to meet with manager, to which she said she was the manager! So I asked her again, why we were allowed to request Dine In, to which she again responded very rudely and cursing that she can not look after everything! Also, another guy Chris came rushing at us saying that he was the higher manager and what our problem was!! On trying to explain him, he also rudely gestured at us and just kept repeating the same thing! There was no politeness, no apologies, no curtesy and just plain rude behavior to me and my family. I asked them their id number and their position at Taco Bell, and they both refused to give and just gave us their names.
