I have had the privilege of being a student of Shweta for last 3 years, started during peak covid in 2020 when we were all confined to our home on recommendation of a common friend and I can confidently say that my experience has been truly transformative. Shweta is an exceptional yoga instructor who embodies not only deep knowledge but also a genuine passion for yoga and its holistic benefits.
One of the most remarkable aspects of Shweta is her ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in every class. She encourages all students, regardless of their skill level and still maintain balance to not push beyond limits and listen to our own body. She is patient, understanding, and always ready to provide personalized guidance and also includes mental and spiritual aspects of yoga, reflections, nidra, prayanams are to name a few
I am not very physically strong, but I appreciate Shweta’s commitment to maintain a diverse range of practices and her constant encouragement to challenge myself. Her classes have helped me a lot. I can’t quantify the benefits but all I know is when I skip or not able to do my classes, I miss them, and I am grateful for the positive changes Yoga brought into my life.

I thoroughly enjoyed her yoga classes - they were super effective even though they were virtual! This was a very pleasant surprise. Shweta takes care to observe and correct postures virtually, carefully restricting her classes to only as many students as she can effectively manage on a virtual session.
