Sushi Palace is an unassuming spot delivers an outstanding all-you-can-eat sushi experience. The variety is impressive, the sashimi is incredibly fresh, and every dish is crafted with care. The sashimi here is a standout—expertly sliced and melt-in-your-mouth fresh. The yellowtail is buttery and smooth with a delicate sweetness. Tuna is rich and meaty, perfectly balanced in texture and flavor. The salmon is silky, vibrant, and packed with clean, ocean-fresh taste. Squid is tender with a slight chew, showcasing a mild, naturally sweet flavor. And the mackerel—bright and bold—offers a slightly briny kick, beautifully complemented by its firm texture. Each piece is served at the perfect temperature and speaks to the restaurant’s commitment to quality. The side dishes were game changers, the yuzu ceviche was a tasteful adventure. Service is warm and attentive, and the quality rivals much pricier places. For sushi lovers, it’s a rare find—delicious, affordable, and worth every visit. Highly recommended.

This was our first time at Sushi Palace in Edison. Overall it was a decent experience. The service was good, it wasn't too crowded, though it got busier as the afternoon progressed. The kitchen dishes were excellent for the most part. Particularly the Spicy Seaweed Salad (which is amazing), and the Tempura Shrimp really stood out and were a great value. The sushi on the other hand was just ok. In fact, for the price of admission $27 per person, I'm not sure it's worth it. The sashimi pieces were small, and the sushi was completely unremarkable. One sashimi in particular was absolutely disgusting - that was the mackerel. I don't know if all mackerel is like that, but it was terrible. Overall if you favor quantity over quality, then this is certainly going to appeal to you. If however you prefer quality sushi... I'd skip it Alternatively, if you go for the kitchen options... well...maybe I'd give it a thumbs up.

We come here all the time and we order the same sushi everytime and it was DRENCEHD in sauce you couldn’t even taste the Sushi the rice was BLACK from all the eel sauce and rice in the bottom tasted like it was burnt. when we call somebody over to ask them why they put too much sauce and we explained to them that we couldn’t eat it they gave us attitude they were very nasty and they wouldn’t even listen. they wanted us to pay for it even though we didn’t even eat it because we COULDNT EAT IT EVEN IF WE WANTED!! We spoke to the manager with the short hair and instead of making matters better she said we don’t know anything about Sushi because we’re not sushi chefs!! ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!

I've been going to this place for well over 15 years, went there thru COVID to support them and have always been a fan. Untill today. We brought our grandson there to eat as we have since he was born. There all you can eat sushi is what we go there for 30.95 a person, it's a decent price and my grand son just eats some side dish of Calamari or something. Now I get that some people might go there and try to squeeze a third on the all you can eat but I assure you my 7 year old grandson wasnt going to Benifit from my dinner. He did see a shrimp on the plate and asked if he could have one, of course he can and I put it on his plate. With that a waitress or someone blasted me in the restaurant in front of the other patrons telling me if he eats that she's going to charge us for an entire all you can eat meal at $30.95 . I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager, I told her she was the worst manager that ever lived and I was never coming back there. She said that's fine, and I asked her she'd be willing to loose good customers over a shrimp? Mind you he had a diner of his own of Calamari. My wife being the grandma that she is, ordered him a portion of shrimp for him . The waiter of course seemingly embarrassed said that the shrimp portion and the calamari would be cheaper if we made it a kids all you can eat . To make a long story short the manager was a piece of garbage and the waiter I didn't get his name was as solid as they come. There not the only sushi place around or...

I was absolutely mistreated at Sushi Palace in Edison. I doubt it is the owners fault but definitely the manager is at fault for being disgustingly rude. The food quality here is good but in no way does a manager have the right to tell a customer who paid for everything to “never come back again.” My sister is allergic to shrimp so she sat opposite of me while I ate with my family and the manager came up with no one asking her to and took away my sisters napkin and chopsticks. That was the first thing that made us uncomfortable. We tried to just eat in peace but she kept coming up and asking “what’s wrong” when no one signaled her to come as well as just continuously watching us. She first took away my sister’s things and then demanded that we pay $30 tips when the waitress herself told us they don’t receive the tips given by customers. I loved the food but for the manager who has been there for more than five years (I have been coming here since a child) to completely disrespect her customers who did not disrespect her but instead only insist on not paying a huge tip of $30, I advise you to only go if you want good food and HORRIBLE SERVICE. She even had the audacity to come outside and yell at us to never come back again for the fifth time until we reached our car for a tip the servers don’t even get. I will never go back here again and I do not regret that decision. That one star is for the good food and the no four stars are for the...

This is a true review and truly has bothered my and my family. We went to the restaurant and ordered our normal appetizers and sushi. After we got out appetizers our sushi didn’t come until we realized that the table next to us got our sushi. The waiters started arguing saying that wasn’t our stuff until the table next to us realized they didn’t get what they ordered too. The waiters gave us attitude and some of the plates weren’t washed completely which we had to argue saying that it came dirty. After that we got green tea ice cream but this is where it seriously gets bad. I was eating my ice cream when I noticed that my ice cream tasted a bit spicy. Then I noticed that there was WASABI IN OUR ICE CREAM!!! We asked what this was and the manager came saying that it was just probably green tea powder. We asked her to taste it for herself and she declined. Our family was done and we just asked for the check. But once again we were tricked as they put one of our family members as an adult when she is only 10 years old. We got charged extra and they put the age down for our family without even asking us. Even though it was tempting to argue even more, our family just decided not to and left. Completely unsatisfied and will never go...
