!!SUBWAY CHARGED ME MONEY BUT I NEVER GOT MY SUB!! BEWARE OF RISHI, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE AND BACKBITES!
We placed two separate mobile orders online for 2 subs and 1 cookie. One order was placed for pickup for ASAP and one for 2pm. I had called in advance and spoke to Rishi regarding making the ASAP order later at 2pm and ordering "asap" was a mistake and he informed me that he only received one order and when he receives the other one, he will make it at 2pm.
When my brother got there 2pm, he only gave him one sub and the cookie and said the other order isn't in his system. My brother called me inside. He informed me Rishi was telling his coworker in Hindi that "these people are going to come argue for no reason" and that he was backbiting about us to his coworker. He probably assumed my brother does not understand hindi. He RUDELY informed me the order was never received despite the app AND my bank statement reflecting I ordered and paid for BOTH orders. He informed me subway will refund me within 24 hours. BOTH ORDERS ALSO STATED "PICKED UP" LEAVING US WITH NO PROOF THAT WE NEVER GOT ONE OF THE ORDERS.
Fast forward to today, Subway did issue a refund but ONCE AGAIN CHARGED ME. So now, my bank statement is reflecting THREE CHARGES AND ONE REFUND, hence, I got charged for BOTH ORDERS WHEN I RECIEVED ONLY ONE. I called my bank and they informed me that subway is attempting to push back the charge. I am furious!

The reason why people don't like service there because i notice that customers keep searching for free items in store,like some dressing on side, some pickles on side. So, in taco Bell they get free sauces outside while in subway you need to ask and might be that could be irritates employees . Moreover, so many people places all vegetable in their sandwich plus 3/4 sauces inside it. Than they request cut in 4 piece . Which might be out of control work for employees. Infact many people customize there footlong as a 2 six inch sandwich ,like put in half with jelepeno and half with Olive than while you cut pack separate... People don't appreciate good works but they ready to place negative comments. Stop doing this just imagine your self at place of work . In Covid-19 this store provided service, they never shut there store for single day . So appreciate employee work rather than just complains. Change...

It was my first time trying this location and I know subways are usually a hit or miss but this location was undergoing a remodel and the 2 guys who attended me were so friendly and outgoing. We had a funny conversation about how one of them is a meat lover and the other is a vegetarian and how they bicker all day. Very rarely do you find chains that feel like a local spot nowadays. But my sub was made perfectly and I have no complaints. I don’t see the hype with places like Jersey mikes or jimmy johns. I honestly prefer subway. There’s so many locations that I can literally find one within walking distance of where I am. The current bogo deal they have going on is unbeatable so find a friend and split the bill if your looking for a low cost lunch option. P.s. There’s a seating area at all locations and it’s nice and quiet so if your looking for a quiet place to have a conversation with someone and eat it’s the perfect...
