Made an appointment 1/13/22 and I couldn't find the place.. they didn't change the name on the building yet.. They took me on time. Only 2 technicians. Each one's English is worse than the other. Didn't introduce themselves. Got my powder dip on Thursday, woke up Friday and 7 out of 10 were chipped, cracked or lifting. I called and went back to get then fixed on Saturday 1/15/22. They knew who I was because they had my color on the table waiting for me. The same technician who initially did them was fixing them and immediately apologized to me. She then told me that she forgot the clear top powder coat. At first they were very thin. She only did 3 layers. This time she did 5 layers too thick. I will not go back and will not recommend this place at all. Here it is less the a week later 1/21/22 & both thumb nails are lifting. I called & after the owner trying to get me to come in for them to fix it again, which I refused I told her that she handled the situation poorly. That she should have explained that the technician never did powder dip before & should not have charged me the full price of $40. Maybe should have offered some $ back when I had to come in a day later. She (still don't know the owners name) very rudely told me to come get my $40 back. So I did & will never come back. Worst...

Bad experience at this place. I went in initiallly for a gel manicure, which came off chipping the very next day, called them and told about it. She asked me to come back and get it fixed and she did a regular manicure when I paid for a gel UV. She is now asking me to come back again. How many times should I visit for my nails. This is ridiculous . Don’t waste your time and better not to visit this place. This place is a joke

Replying to your answer. No one asked me if I needed gel/regular. And this is not the first time that I am getting my nails done. So keep your advice. This place is not professional especially for manicures. Only came here since my regular nail salon was closed. Never again. Ladies...

I came upon Cutie Nails because she is in space above my hair salon; Choice Hair. VERY convenient. Michelle does a fantastic job! I usually go ever 3 weeks and get a regular pedicure ($25) and a manicure with gel polish ($15) every 3 weeks. Nails last 10-12 days then I like to let them breathe. Toes last the 3 weeks+. The pedicure looks and feels amazing; two massages and more. The hand massage with the manicure is great. Oh almost forgot she massages you while you dry...awesome. She offers a variety of services and is always friendly and attentive. Great prices for great services. Wish I had more time to get nails done more frequent but such is life! Give her a try you...
