The staff are so uninterested and unhelpful, as if they almost didn't want to sell me the food. Won't visit again.
Adding my response after seeing the owner's response to my review: You should take the feedback in a constructive way, instead of trying to blame your customers. The staff were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They saw me with a small child, but still didn't help me place the order by taking the order themselves, all restaurants have that option. You should fix your kiosk if it doesn't show which items are unavailable. To clarify, the kiosk didn't show the item as unavailable. It allowed me to place the order and deducted money for the ordered item. After placing my order, I waited for 10 minutes, thinking my order is getting ready. But when I asked, then the staff told me my ordered item is unavailable. Shouldn't they tell it to me themselves, instead of me having to ask on my own, 10 minutes after placing the order? They didn't add my soda to my order,no instructions on how to fetch it myself. That too I had to ask: "where is my soda?" Asking a customer with a small child to come and check what pizza is available on the counter, fetch soda can from the very end of the shop - that's not good customer service. They should help when they can instead of ordering around customers. I cleaned up after my own child - no big mess. All pizza shops provide cutlery with the food or have it on the counter for the customers to fetch themselves. This also I had to ask the person who got my order.

When I showed up, the doors were locked. And worse — no refund was ever issued. By Wednesday, I had to waste my own time going there in person just to get my money back. Only then did someone press a button and refund me.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s dishonest. A business that takes orders while closed and waits for customers to beg for their money back cannot be trusted.
The pizza might be good, but I will not support a restaurant that treats customers this way.

On Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 1), I placed and paid for an online order. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, but the system still accepted my order and payment. At first, I believed no refund had been issued, and I was frustrated that I had to follow up.
The owner called me directly to apologize and explained that a credit was actually issued the next day (Tuesday). I hadn’t received any notification from my credit card company, and my email inquiry on Tuesday morning went unanswered, which added to my concern. After checking with my credit card company online, I confirmed that there is indeed a pending credit for the full amount.
Thank you for clarifying this issue. I’ve updated my rating back to 4 stars. I do hope that in the future, the servicing company that handles online orders will not accept orders when the restaurant is closed — that would save customers and staff unnecessary...
Read moreI’m incredibly disappointed. I came here years ago and loved the pizza, so I decided to return, but this visit was a total letdown. First, the menu prices are misleading—what I thought would be a $24 specialty pie ended up costing way more($31) because they charged extra for splitting the toppings half and half. Nowhere on the menu is this mentioned, which feels sneaky and dishonest. To make matters worse, the quality of the pizza has dropped significantly since my last visit. It used to be fantastic, but this time, it was just mediocre at best. I won't be coming back. Also heard that this establishment is under new ownership. Explains a lot!
EDIT: Adding undisclosed charges could violate the N.J. Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1), which prohibits deceptive or fraudulent business practices. Could you please clarify where on your menu these additional charges are listed? I double-checked and still couldn’t find them.
I offered to pay for the rest of the order that matched the menu's listed price. In terms of "previous theft," I find it truly astonishing that you claim this has happened before. That accusation is completely unfounded.
