Wife's 40th surprise party was a blast! The owner Edy is a gentleman. Food was very good and I was told that the calamari was on point! The banquet hall is one of the best around the area for hosting 40-65 people events. I like that the main room is separated from the small room where I had my kids hang out. Edy even served pizza for the kids! I asked my son and he said that he forgot how good chicken tenders with honey mustard can taste. My wife was beyond amazed. We blasted our polish disco-polo music and drunk so much vodka, that it took me two days to sober up. I visited 4 other places near by... some BYOB and some not. I picked this location for reasons above and it was a success. Plus the price was right for my budget. The italian place is near most of my guests homes, and everyone was surprised that this gen is just around the corner from us. Plus the parking lot is huge. Thank you...
Read moreI only ever take out from here although the interior is very nice looking. This rides the line of high end vs local pizza joint italian food. I have never had a bad meal from there but never said "this is the best thing I have ever eaten!" So I would definitely recommend it if you are local. Portions are good and the pricing is equal to the value. Everything is good to very good here and no worries about freshness at all. Glad they survived the pandemic (they were very smart about delivery options during that time as well in terms of precautions). I have had almost everything on the menu... I really enjoy the Tortellini soup, the italian sandwiches (meatballs/sausage n' peppers), the chicken dishes (parm and saltimbocca), and the seafood fra diavlo especially. The pizza is good but I would say their entrees are the better option here. Really, you would be hard pressed to go wrong...
Read moreThere were four of us for a late lunch. This was not the first time we have eaten here and I arrived a bit later than the others. Cold antipasto was good but not outstanding, the shrimp scampi appetizer was very good, the chicken noodle soup was good, the chicken cacciatore was dry and rather flavorless. Since I arrived after the others, I ordered the linguine with white clam sauce as our waitress was going off duty and she didn't inform her replacement that she hadn't given my order to the kitchen and I waited for 20 minutes before they realized their mistake. When they realized their mistake, they gave me some bread to nibble on while I waited. I expect a nice crusty bread in any Italian restaurant but my bread was cold and supermarket quality. In spite of the updated dacor, this is after all just another Pizza Joint and they need to get their...
