The lady Safiya that helped me was really nice and helpful, however there were few things that came across as quite unprofessional. She told me that I was only allowed to try on 2 sets of clothes. Not two at a time, but two altogether! She said this was the store policy. That makes no sense!! The point of having a store front is that people can come and look at the clothes and try them on. Have you ever heard of a store limiting what people can try on, never! Thats unprofessional. Also maybe list that ridiculous policy in your website. I drove for 2 hours to get to you and wouldn’t have come if I read that! She said you are suppose to figure out your size and then just look and buy. The shalwar Kamiz are nearly $200 and I’m suppose to just look and buy! That also makes no sense as the sizes differed by brands. She let me try on more than 2 but I was uncomfortable the whole as I could feel the pressure of not being able to try on as many as I’d like. A large in one brand was different than a large in another. It was also really hot inside and the AC wasn’t on, I mentioned several times that I was sweating and she didn’t turn the AC on, she said she was cold the day before and didn’t know where the AC was. It was about 90 degrees outside. She also mentioned that I was lucky they were open as they were supposed to be closed. I came during the normal business hours listed for their business. Please learn to be professional. Your outfits cost nearly $200, that’s not cheap, you want to sell overpriced clothes and then not even offer good customer service and restrict customers and make them feel pressured and uncomfortable. That’s a great way to run out of business. I hope you can improve on this and make customers feel welcomed and comfortable. The only reason I’m even giving two stars is because of Safiyas overall good attitude and...
Read moreI’m pretty picky when it comes to clothes—especially for a wedding where I needed 4–5 outfits. After striking out online and being really disappointed with the quality and selection at many of the Oak Tree stores, I finally stopped at Rangreza and was blown away.
They have a stunning collection of Pakistani fashions that work for both semi-formal and formal events. As someone who usually wears a Small, I really appreciated that they had plenty of beautiful options in my size—which is rare to find.
Best of all, the owner Zara is an absolute gem: incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating when it came to selecting outfits. Noor also went above and beyond as a salesperson. Together, they made the shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.
Don’t waste your time running around—if you want a quick, high-yield shopping trip, Rangreza is the place. The selection is gorgeous, the service is outstanding, and you won’t be disappointed.
One last detail I really appreciated: their store hours matched what was listed on their website. After dealing with several shops that weren’t actually open when they claimed to be, that reliability made a...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience with this store. The outfit I ordered (RICH DEEP GREEN EID-1) looked beautiful initially and received compliments, but the quality and customer care were deeply lacking.
The website made no mention that the fabric was heavily dyed or that the color would bleed. After just one careful hand wash in cold water, the dye bled excessively and set unevenly across the outfit, essentially ruining it. The only care instruction was “dry clean recommended,” which is vague and unrealistic for many customers, especially those living abroad.
To make matters worse, the dupatta started fraying after just one wear.
I contacted the company with photo evidence. While they initially responded saying they’d reach out to the seller, they never followed up. Instead, they sent a 20% coupon, as if that resolved anything.
The lack of transparency about fabric quality and the absence of any meaningful resolution shows they simply don’t care about customer satisfaction. I won’t be ordering from them again and would advise others to...
