Read moreI happen to find this dealership while looking to get into a used 2018 GTS that Porsche of Roslyn, NY has and was selling for just 3000 under what the car cost new. While looking for a better deal I found that this dealership at the time had a 2018 GTS new that was cheaper then the used GTS that Roslyn had. This did not sit well with me but at the time the cost of both cars was somewhat out of my range. While talking to Maurizio Biondo of Ray Catena he informed me that they had a new 2018 911 Carrera S coming in that was right where I could afford. He then moved the selling of this over to Josephy Genty and without even seeing my trade he matched what Roslyn was going to give me for it. I really wanted the GTS from Roslyn but we were fighting over another 2000 they wanted me to come up with to get the car. Once the Carrera S came into Ray Catena I quickly went down to check in out and fell in love with the Red Leather interior. The car at 420 HP instead of 450 that the GTS has put me off a little but after driving it I felt I still had enough HP to get into trouble. They were able to give me a nice discount on the new car that made the deal even sweeter. These guys were great to deal with and was like we knew each other already. When going to this dealership I highly recommend seeing Joseph who's great to deal with and will get back to you if you have any questions ASAP. My only issue is the distance from NY I had to travel to get into a Porsche. When I get into another Porsche they will be second on my list to go to. That's only because Roslyn Porsche is still closer and I feel they've learned from their mistake in fighting over 2000 dollar. From the moment I called Ray Catena and got transferred to Morris, I knew I was in for a wild ride – pun intended! We struck a deal over the phone, and I couldn't help but wonder on my way to the dealership, "What sort of surprises does Morris have up his sleeve?" But much to my surprise (or lack thereof), there were none! The price he quoted me was the price on the contract – no monkey wrenches, no hidden fees, just pure transparency. I was, bracing myself for the usual car-buying circus, when along came Morris – the ringmaster of transparency and hilarity! I bombarded him with more questions than a curious toddler on a sugar rush. Amazingly Morris didn't crack! He kept the laughs rolling and answered every query with precision. As we bantered back and forth, I couldn't help but marvel at Morris's knack for turning what could have been a nerve-wracking ordeal into a comedy show worthy of a Netflix special. I mean, who knew buying a car could be this entertaining?
But here's the kicker: not only did Morris tolerate my interrogation with grace and humor, but we actually ended up closing down the place together! And let's not forget – Morris personally chauffeuring me from the Metuchen train station to the dealership, complete with red carpet treatment (okay, maybe not an actual red carpet, but you get the picture).
