I hate to leave bad reviews but this store has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Since Sonny Angels has gone viral, everyone is treating it like gold which is ridiculous. I’ve DM’d Poplulu multiple times and each time I was told a different day they would be releasing SA. My friend surprisingly never had this issue with them. I was told to come back the following day, the girl working there took my name and number. I thought she was going to help me out lol. Oddly enough, my friend went to the store that following night and her and her mom were able to purchase SA. And there’s a limit of 1 per person so I was told but when my friends mom had asked for two, they gave it to her lol. Interesting. They purchased 3 SA for $15.99 each. Ok cool good for them. I came in the next morning when they had opened. I was only able to buy 1 and they raised it to $18.99 overnight lol. This was crazy. I called and the girl told me they got a message from corporate saying to raise the prices. I thought that was kind of wild I was told so many different things that did not match with my friend. I felt like I had gotten ripped off. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will return here. Be careful...

I stumbled upon this store by chance, and what a great find! They carry a wide range of products, from Asian snacks, food, and condiments to toys, puzzles, games, and even beauty and skincare items.

I was particularly impressed by their extensive selection of Asian beauty products. It felt like there was a 2:1 ratio of makeup to skincare, which was surprising. Items I usually order from YesStyle and Olive Young are available here, so I can get them much faster. However, the prices are more or less the standard retail price, so while you won’t get the deep discounts you might find on those other platforms, it's still worth checking back regularly for any sales or promotions.

I was able to find a puzzle I had been eyeing on Amazon and even discovered a new 3D puzzle I hadn’t seen before. The best part is they have a rewards program—every purchase earns you points, which can be used to save on future buys.

The customer service here was absolutely terrible. I spent almost $100 and they tried to fit all my stuff into a tiny plastic bag when they have a bunch of tote bags behind them. Then when I asked for one, they told me that the labubu bag was $12.99 which is already outrageous as it is for a small tote bag. Then I pointed to the pink tote that had the store logo on it, and they proceeded to say “oh this is free with purchase,” acting all annoyed while looking at each other when I asked for one even though they said it was free.
