I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mezzi at Supercharge, and I can confidently say he set the gold standard for what great service should look like. From the moment we sat down, Mezzi was warm, informative, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re not just a guest, but a valued part of the experience. He took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to our preferences, and checked in often enough to make sure everything was perfect — without ever being intrusive. The place is filled with a variety of activities: arcade, axe throwing, restaurant and an indoor kart race track. I went there to enjoy the arcade and have a bite to eat.

There's a wide range of games in the 2 floor arcade, from ones that are for kids, games adults can enjoy, group games, VR activities & claw machines. However, I found a lot of games that took my credits from my card and just did not start. I found more games that took my money instead of being turned off. I never met staff on the floor to point this out to. The larger claw machines (ones that weren't candy or small rubber ducks) seemed to all be the same price regardless of the prize inside. I'm not sure if they are "play until you win" or "one play per swipe" but the smaller plushes being the same price as the large ones was odd.

The restaurant had great food and friendly service but the prices were pretty high. We got a couple apps and shared.

Lastly they offer I believe 8 or even more EV chargers outside for cars. But the spots are not labeled at all and were taken up entirely by cars not using the chargers. They need to make an effort to have these spots available to those who...

We were served by Reagan and Leslie

This experience had altered my life in ways that I cannot describe. Before coming to this establishment I was poor, hungry, homeless, illiterate, weak and short. After taking a singular step through the doorway, I immediately had transformed into the most affluent, intelligent, tall, and nonchalant person to ever exist. Alas, I was still famished, however, two of the greatest servers to ever serve this industry had come to assist with my hunger. These two servers happened to be named Reagan and Leslie. I was served with incredible efficiency and transported to a higher plane of existence upon receiving my food. Not only do I strongly recommend that you visit this life saving establishment, but I demand you ask to be served by Reagan and Leslie. From this moment forth, I will pray every morning and every night to Supercharged Entertainment for giving me everything I call my own and to the two greatest servers, Reagan and Leslie for assisting me in a time...
