I recently signed up for Seldom Seen Boxing with my daughter, and it was the best experience we've had in a long time! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a sense of camaraderie among the other participants. The instructor took the time to introduce himself and explain the basics of boxing, including proper stance, footwork, and punching techniques. The class was well-structured and challenging, but also incredibly fun. We started with a thorough warm-up that included stretching and cardio exercises, and then moved on to practicing our punches and combinations on punching bags and focus mitts. One of the things that made the class so enjoyable was the way the instructor tailored the exercises to our individual skill levels. He was able to push us to work harder and improve our technique, while also making sure we didn't feel overwhelmed or discouraged. But perhaps the best part of this class is is that me and my daughter get to experience this together. Boxing is a great workout, but it's also a great bonding experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this boxing class to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and rewarding workout experience. Whether you're an experienced boxer or a complete beginner, you'll feel welcomed and supported in this class. And if you have a child or a family member who wants to join you, even better! Boxing is a great way to bond and build memories together.

1 star only......Things that bothered me 1- Overcharging when the month haven't even past 2- They have a parking lot and the owner be telling parents, that leave there kids in his place, where to park either in the Menlo mall parking but not on there own parking space "that's crazy" 3- They don't teach you what you really want to learn! Wich is boxing, all it's a waist of money and time! 4- Don't put your son or daughter in this place!! It's a waist of money and time! My 14 year old daughter was there for 7 months and I know more boxing that what she learned in this place!! All they do is put a dummy or they put there mat gloves on and tell you how to punch that's all to it!! 5- been there for 7 months with my daughter and never did me or my daughter went downstairs where the fitness gym is at!! Every time we would want to go downstairs it was a no,no!! 6- The owner is a person that doesn't like or wants you to take pictures at all. Somethings about him just doesn't make sense! Like I wrote in #2 like the parking issue,it's like if he always wants be on top or the winner of the conversation! That's why I'm giving it a 1 star!! God don't like liars, and I'm not...

I’m only giving this place unfortunately 1 star and only Becus it wouldn’t allow me to review without one. I signed up my 9yr old son and the owner noticed I had a 4yr old and kept insisting I signed him up .i explained to him he was very hyper and to young that he would try out maybe next year.after a month of him insisting I was convinced and promised that he would have patience and time for my son .a few weeks after my 4 yr old son going the owner pretty much gave up on him. And told me to bring him back numerous times for Private sessions .he never called me to schedule Private lessons so I brought him one more time on a normal schedule and he refused to take my Son. I feel that coaches/instructors should help a kid build confidence and character ..he continues to charge me even after my son has stopped going for a few months now .he has never reached out to me over the phone but is easily charging me for no sessions .its unfair and unprofessional he is breaching...
