I am SOOOO glad that I found this family owned gem in the mall last year! If I could give it more than five stars, I would. My anniversary is coming up, and Victori Framing created a masterpiece that my husband and I will cherish forever! Last Christmas, Dec 2015, I purchased a canvas and requested Ed to create a romantic visual displaying wedding pictures and vows without my husband knowing (it was a Christmas present for him). Not only did Ed model and email different graphics of the designs after asking for my feedback and approval every time, not only did he give me a discount that made buying this present after a wedding possible, not only did he maintain and sustain constant communication with me, not only did he nail the exact vision I pitched (and more due to special visual effects) and have the project ready on time, but he also went as far as to participate on the surprise! When my husband inadvertantly came into the shop with me, Ed played along and pretended that the gift was meant for my mom! My husband was completely oblivious to what I was ordering. I will forever be grateful for Victori Framing and the role they played in making last Christmas so special, and for creating a canvas that reminds me and my husband of our love and commitment to each other! I stopped in the store and was fortunate to meet Mustafa. I had brought pictures of my nephews that I wanted professionally framed. Mustafa brilliantly customized a unique frame for each picture. The work was superb. When picking up these pieces, I brought along an old picture of my parents when they were dating as teenagers. The photo was small and had been somehow water-damaged. Also, unbeknownst to me, parts of the picture were stuck to the glass. A chunk of my father's forehead and hair were torn from the image as I was removing the image from its old silver frame. I believed the photo to be ruined forever. I showed the image to Mustafa, and he said he'd have his photo restoration team look it over. A week later, Mustafa emailed me a copy of the restored image, I was thunderstruck! Total ServePro moment for me: "Like it never even happened." No water-damage stains.
